Imagine:

There was no supernatural. Sam and Dean had decent home life and went to 1 school.

Dean still hates highschool but he gives into the cliche flirty jock. Dean was still a badass but wasn't 'mysterious' he became a 'jock'. Dean would be a flirty asshole who got all the girls no strings attached. Until one day he meets this one girl and all of a sudden he's like a lost puppy.

Sam having a bigger friend group since he stays. Sam being really smart and worried that Dean would ignore him but instead he always says hi to him. They wouldn't be as close but still close and Dean threatening bullies. Sam joins all sort of "nerdy" clubs ends up at the gym with his brother.
