Part 5

Sophia’s POV

“Sweetie, get up, we’re going out today, you need to be ready in an hour” My mum said as she lightly shook me. I opened my eyes, and nodded.

Yesterday was amazing at Universal, we went on all the rides, it was so much fun!

I got up and hopped in the shower.

I got dressed in, http://www.polyvore.com/cgi/set?id=35900734 and did what I normally do in the mornings. I ate my breakfast and walked into the living room and sat on the sofa. “So, were are we going?” I ask as I take a bite out of toast. “We‘re visiting a old friend.” My dad says, as my mum switches the TV on. “What friends? You don’t know anybody in LA..” I say as I finished eating my toast, “Um, a friend of ours moved here, a couple years ago, were visiting them.” Mum says as she focus’s back to the TV, I nod and go and wake Jonah up, hah time for a little revenge. (sorry I went into Taylor Swift mode there, continue..)

I opened the door to Jonah’s room, and got in place, 1. 2.. 3! I jumped on his stomach, “WAKEY WAKEY!!!” I scream as I jump up and down, “GET UP, GET U-” I was interrupted, when Jonah grabbed my foot and pulled me down, so I fell on the floor. I sit up, and look at Jonah, who is laughing, a lot. “Ha-ha. You are so funny.” I say sarcastically, as I stand up and flick his head before walking out the room, and grabbing my iPod off the table as I sat on the couch. I turned it on, and started listening to Jessie J - Who’s Laughing Now. I wonder who were going to see, mum never mentioned anyone moving to LA, well at least I don’t think she did, maybe she did and I don’t remember, considering my memory isn’t the best, oh I dunno. I check the time, 1:13pm, I guess were leaving as soon Jonah is out of the shower and dressed.

Cody’s POV

“Guy’s come down stairs, the guests are arriving in a couple minutes.” I hear dad shout, I turn off my TV and walk downstairs with Alli following behind me, with a big grin on her face, I reached downstairs to find mum, dad and sorta Tom, with matching faces, “What’s with the smiles? Why you so excited?” I asked, furrowing my eyebrows, “Because we are, now, come on, in the living room until they come.” My mum says as she ushers us into the living room. 

“So Cody, you excited?” Alli asks me, while still grinning like a fool. “Why would I be, I don’t even know who it is who’s coming,” I say confused. “Oh right, sorry.” She says looking at her hands. “How come everyone else knows who is coming, except me?” I ask, “Because it’s a surprise,” My dad said, I nodded and looked at the floor, a awkward silence took over, and we kept giving each other glances here and there.

A couple minutes later, the doorbell rang, and Alli squealed. Everyone made there way out of the living room, as my mum was about to open the door, my phone started ringing, “I’ll be out back, sorry I gotta take this,” I said before running out by the pool, before they could tell me otherwise. I shut the patio doors, walked over to one of the deck chairs and sat down as i answered the phone. “Hey man, what’s up?”.

Sophia’s POV

We were outside, some massive house, man, mum and dad’s friends must be rich! My mum rang the doorbell, and we waited for a few a seconds, until the door opened, with Brad, Angie, Alli and Tom, standing there, wait, what? When everything processed in my mind, I screamed and jumped on Brad on Angie, hugging them “OMG, I missed you guys so much!” I said, as tears started to form in my eyes, “We missed you too Soph,” Brad said as he kissed my cheek, “Look at you, how beautiful you’ve became.” Angie said, I saw the tears in her eyes too. I smiled and looked at Alli, “Alli.” I whispered before crushing her in a hug, she hugged back with just as much force. We were hugging for about 2 minutes, when I felt a tap on my waist, I let go of Alli, and looked down, “OMG, Tom, look how big you’ve gotten! Do you remember me?” I asked as a tear rolled my cheek. “I see pictures of you.” he said before hugging my waist, I hugged him back, before we moved into the living room.

After everyone said there hello’s and caught up, I remembered Cody. “Um, where’s Cody?” I asked as I stood up. “He’s out back, by the pool, you can go and see him if you want.” Angie said as she pointed towards the patio doors, I nodded and made my over to them. I opened them, and walked out, to see Cody, sitting on one of the deck chairs, staring at the pool. I took a deep breath, “Um, Cody?” I said, with nervousness, Cody turned his head, and his eye’s went wide, “Sophia?”.
