Reunited

Part 6

Cody’s POV

I heard my name being called, I look over to see a beautiful girl, around my age. At first I don’t recognize her, until I look at the necklace around her neck, I got wide eyes, “Sophia?” I asked, she nodded, she had tears in her eyes. I stood up, and walked over to her, and hugged her, she instantly hugged back “Oh my gosh, Soph, I missed you so, so, so, so much!” I say, as a tear rolled down my cheek and onto her shoulder, “Believe me, I missed you more!” she said, as she hugged me tighter. I’m glad to hear she still has her Aussie accent. 

We stood there hugging for at least 10 minutes, we let go of each other, we laughed when we saw each other, we had tear marks down our faces, we wiped them off, and I grabbed her hand, and sat her down on one of the deck chairs, and I sat down next to her. “How come you suddenly came?” I asked curious. “I had no idea I was coming, my mum said we were going to be visiting there old friends, and staying with them for two weeks!” She said, as she sat cross legged in front of me. “How did you get here?” I asked, “Cody, it’s a magical thing called a plane.” She replied making plane movements, I laughed and shoved her lightly, “You know what I mean!” I say, listening to her answer, “My mum and dad said me and Jonah deserved a break, so they brought us here to LA. To be honest, I didn’t really wanna bump into you, because I scared,” She said, looking at the pool, “Why?” I asked, holding her hand. “Honestly, I don’t know, I guess, I missed you too much, and I thought I’d never see you again, so I wasn’t prepared.” She says as tears form in her eyes again, I pull her into a hug, “Well, we’re together again, and you handled it pretty well didn’t you?” I said as I rubbed her back, she nodded into my chest. “Now we’re back together again, nothing will keep us apart, I can fly you out, when I want to see you, and all that shiz, okay.” I say as I kiss her head.

“So, um, you got a boyfriend?” I ask, scratching the back of my neck awkwardly, “Oooo, Cody going to get jealous?” Sophia replies while smirking, “No, I don’t,” She says while laughing, I smile and nod, “You got a girlfriend?” She asks me, looking at me, I shake my head ‘no’ and we both smile. “I have to go see your mum, dad and Jonah” I say, as I remember there inside, “we’ve been out here for like an hour,” I say chuckling, she laughs and stands up with me, as we make our way back inside.

Alli’s POV

I’ve been watching Sophia and Cody for at least 45 minutes, the first 10, they were hugging! I’m so happy for them, Cody missed her so much, everyone did.

I have my big sister back, I’m so happy! And, she hasn’t lost her Aussie accent, which is great. I need to talk to her, have a proper catch up, catch up on what I’ve missed. I better go back in the living room, they’re coming in. Yay, we’re all back together again, as it should be.
