jjk.art: so then i read an entire 100 page book on facial structure and watched a few videos
jjk.art: but idk man maybe my hands just can't handle ur face, so that brings me here after wasting 7 hours trying to learn how to draw u

jjk.art: don't be so proud, it's not like i have a life. i've spend 12 hours building a very detailed model horseback riding stable (with the barn and three rings and everything) for hobi's horse action figures but jimin ended up throwing it out the window because he thought there was a bug on it

jjk.art: yeah, i mean ur features aren't really that complicated but my fucking drawing ability decides to take a day off today ://

minswag: ok, so get the picture and put a grid over it.

minswag: just do some photo editing and edit a grid over it. it's not that hard, just put it into sai or some sort of editing program then just get a png picture of a grid off of google or something

minswag: agreed.png. anyways, you'll need to get the exact same grid alone onto a piece of paper. you can print out the reference photo and grid alone so they're exactly the same. once you have it, you can just use the boxes to guide you to get the features exactly where they belong
