Bowgart slept soundly in her bed. It had already been noon when she woke up, making her groggy. "YAWN... Oh man... Looks like i over slept again..." Bowgart got up and looked at her calendar. "Looks like today is the firework's festival..." Bowgart stood still for a minute, and suddenly woke straight up. "TODAYS THE PERFECT DAY!!!" Bowgart ran out of her house and directly to Ghazt's house. She knocked on his door quickly, but didnt get an answer. She kept on knocking but she still didnt get an answer, and she jumped to hear Pummel's voice behind her. "Hi Bow! If youre looking for Ghazt, he went to gold island to get some groceries or something like that." Bowgart thanked Pummel for the tip, and walked back home. Before she got there, she felt a hand grab her leg, and she fell face first into the grass. She turned on her back to find someone coming up from the dirt, and she saw to bright yellow eyes staring at her. "Oh Crap! Sorry Bow, i got out at the wrong time again. Well considering the fact that im not tired at the moment, would you mind if we hung out for a while?" "sure Punkleton, but we are gonna have to stop as soon as the firework's festival begins." "Gasp! Today is the firework's festival!? Yay!" Punkleton and Bowgart headed for Dandidoo's and sat down. "Alright what can i get for- seriously Punkleton?" Punkleton shifted his eyes around, "uh... Who's this, Pumpleton?" Punkleton did a Kermit impression, trying to hide his voice. "You know you cant fool anyone because you are literally the only monster with a pumpkin head." "ok fine you caught me! Ill just take a banana pie." "ill get some pasta please." "alright, ill be back with your orders soon." Bowgart and Punkleton chatted, waiting for their meals to arrive. "So hows your love life going Bow?" "well... I was going to... You know today is the firework's festival and... I wanted to ask Ghazt to come with me so that i could... You know..." Punkleton drank some of his coffee and began to speak once more, "just be honest with him Bow, if you dont tell him you like him, hell be taken by another girl. I mean look what happened to me when i was to shy to tell Hoola, shes taken by Humbug." "uh, Hoola dumped Humbug 2 months ago." "hang on what?" "alright guys i have your orders here." "thanks Dandidoo." Bowgart and Punkleton spent the rest of their time eating at Dandidoo's and they finally began to walk out, only to find that the festival was starting in an hour. "Oh crap! I have to find Ghazt before 10:00! See ya later Punkleton!" Bowgart ran off to the crowd building up near the lake, but Punkleton had other plans than to go back to his den, he got on a balloon and headed for Air Island to tell Hoola his feelings. Meanwhile Ghazt got home and was rushing to put his groceries away, he wanted to tell Bowgart his feelings as well. "Okay thats the last one! I have to go lool for her now." Ghazt ran into the crowd of people around the lake, looking for Bowgart. He couldnt find her, even though he kept on looking for her. He got tired of looking, and headed to the hill where it all started, the same the place where itll all change.
At the moment, im putting up some walls made out of barbed wire and shattered glass. Why? Because the fan girls are going to be all over me in the next chapter, and not in the good way 😖.
