Imagine: Sam and Dean were on a hunt and had to pretend to be priests to get into the funeral to talk to some people. You were also at the funeral and Sam went up to talk to you. After a bit of talking he actually started to get a little nervous around you because he was beginning to like you so he started fidgeting with the shirt.
Sam: "hey can I speak to you?"
You: "sure Father"
Sam: "actually you can just call me Sam. Father feels too formal."
You: *chuckles* "alright Sam. What can I do for you?"
Sam: "what did you know about Bill?"
You: "oh I'm sorry to disappoint. I actually don't know a ton about him. I just came to support my friend."
Sam: "that's alright."
You: "....."

Sam: "so... how are you enjoying the funeral?"
You: "well I mean it's a funeral but I guess the food's good."
Sam: *starts to fidget* "you're right stupid question"
