Imagine: Kevin was up to his ears in research for the Winchesters and could never seem to catch a break. You knew this so you decided to call him up to make him feel better. He was your boyfriend after all. It wasn't a surprise that it did help his mood. He was happy the rest of the day.
You: "guess who!"
Kevin: "I have caller ID (Y/N)."
You: "awww that's no fun. Anyways how's the research?"
Kevin: "stressful."
You: "how about I go over and help. I'll bring snacks and we can listen to music. And afterwards we can go watch Netflix!"
