Saturday, 8:38.
Weeks have passed after the "Shadow Knights Bar" moment. It was the weekend. I tied the favorite/color ribbon tighter onto my braid. Dante was inviting his friends to his house. Aph, Kawaii~Chan, Garroth, Laurence, Katelyn, Aaron, Lucinda~Chan, and Travis were going. Yes, TRAVIS! I can't wait! We were all gonna do a movie night at his place. I grabbed my little purse and headed down the stairs. Ein was off ice skating with friends, so I happily skipped down the stairs and kissed my dad's cheek.
"You off to your friend's house?" Dad asked, flipping his late-pancake. Dad LOVES pancakes.
"Yeah. I may sleep over, just to let you know. So don't freak out if I don't come home!" I giggled, and skipped to the front door. Katelyn honked the horn as she impatiently waited for me to hop on.
"Alright, sweetie. Bye!" My dad yelled, slipping the pancake onto a plate.
I closed the door and ran to Katelyn's car before she had the urge to drive away. I got in her blue Audi and we drove to Dante's house. In the meantime, me and Katelyn sang our favorite musical.
"Ready?!" Katelyn asked, waiting for her part to come on.
"Go for it!" I laughed, as we turned a corner.
"It's YOUR LINE!"
"Oh- right! Everyone give it up for America's favorite fighting frenchman! LAFAYETTE!"
"IM TAKING THIS HORSE BY THE REINS MAKING RAINCOATS BETTER WITH BLOODSTAINS"
"LAFAYETTE"
"AND IM NEVER GONNA STOP TILL I MAKE THEM DROP AND BURN THEM UP AND SCATTER THEIR REMAINS"
"LAFAYETTE"
"Y/N, we're here. Stop screaming." Katelyn turned off her radio and turned off the car. We got off and knocked on Dante's door.
*** *** *** ***
Dante opened the door and welcomed us inside. "Hey guys! Come in, we were about to begin!"
Me and Katelyn walked in and said a quick hello to Dante's mom. She is so nice. We then made our way to the living room. Everyone was already there! Aphmau and Aaron were in the corner of the sofa curled up in a blanket. Garroth, Lucinda~Chan, Laurence, Travis, and Dante were playing Go Fish. Kawaii~Chan was eating all the popcorn. Katelyn went towards Kawaii~Chan and talked to her. I went to see how Go Fish was going. Mainly Travis.
Garroth looked at his cards. "Lucinda, and 3's?"
Lucinda (wait, I thought her name was Lucinda~Chan!) pointed to the card pile and a card flew to Garroth. He snatched the card and sighed.
Travis smirked and stared at Garroth. "Any 3's, dream boat?"
Garroth grunted and gave him the cards.
Travis slapped a pile of four 3's next to him. "Cards wasted. I win."
"Nice job, Travis!" We high-fived as everyone else groaned.
Dante stood up. "Everyone, listen up! We can begin the movies now. Everyone get comfy. I'll make more popcorn since Kawaii~Chan ate ALL OF IT."
Kawaii~Chan gripped her stomach. "Kawaii~Chan did not mean to, and now Kawaii~Chan's tummy hurts!"
Dante sighed and smiled. "It's okay, KC. Just gets some more blankets and we'll begin."
Everyone sat down. On the couch, it was Dante, Travis, Aphmau, and Aaron. On the floor was Garroth, Laurence, Katelyn, and Lucinda. I got comfy on the couch. Travis sat next to me, and Dante next to him. After everyone got comfy and the popcorn was made, Dante turned on the TV and went to Netflix. "Now, what kind of movie?"
"HORROR! HORROR! HORROR!" Katelyn, Lucinda, Travis and Garroth cheered.
"No scary movies! I'm get scared easily!" Aph said.
"Guys, one that we ALL can handle." Aaron said.
Dante flipped through the movies and stayed at Forest Gump. "How about this one?"
Everyone agreed to the movie. Dante clicked the movie and it began.
"Lucinda, do the honors." Dante pleased.
Lucinda snapped her fingers and the lights shut off. Everyone enjoyed themselves and watched the movie.
*** *** *** ***
Halfway through the movie, Kawaii~Chan ran towards hallway and everyone heard vomiting. Katelyn rushed after Kawaii~Chan and Dante paused the movie. Everyone looked around and continued eating the popcorn.
"What's happening?" I asked.
"KC ate a lot of popcorn, maybe a little TOO much." Aaron responded, holding Aphmau's hand.
Katelyn rushed back to the living room. "You guys can continue the movie. I need to hold Kawaii~Chan's hair and tail. I've seen the movie already."
Katelyn rushed back to the bathroom to the sound of more vomiting.
Dante talked to Kawaii~ Chan for awhile and then un paused the movie. Man, Forest Gump was awesome!
(Side note: Not gonna say anything from Forest Gump in case someone hasn't seen it. No spoilers here.)
We were getting to the end of the movie when I felt my eyes closing. I tried to keep them open, but they closed as I fell asleep.
