I got out of the bed at around 9:50 this morning.
Am sure Lily must almost be ready for church. I don't attend church frequently and with me and my church pusher not in good terms I just got lazy
I brush and head to the living room to watch the Tv so as to catch up with the latest news in the country
My mother was awake but talking to someone on her phone in her room. I greeted her and went down to the Living room
I switched on the Tv and settled comfortably on a couch changing the channels with the remote in my hand until I found a good news station.
Leaning back I listen to the major headline which is all talk about how sick the President of our country is and how his Vice is working hard to cover his absence
Then the news about how Dollar is now crashing against Naira(Nigeria currency)
I was distracted from the news by the ko ko ko sound of a shoe which belong to no one else but Lily. I turn my attention away from the news to stare at her and then took in her appearance from head to toe
She was dress in a blue lacy gown with two cross strap around the chest area leaving a few skin for show with and orange colored headgear.
