Chapter 11

I woke up with a yawn, before heading out of the room, with Rin behind me, going to brush his teeth. I laid under the sink since it felt nice and cool under there, knowing summer was coming soon, I could smell it in the air, and my fur felt sticky.

"Good morning" Rin and I turned our heads to see it was Izumo

"Hay, good morning" I laid my head back on the ground not really wanting to move

"Listen" -Izumo

"hmm?" -Rin

"Don't you dare tell anyone I was crying. Not a soul, understand?" I then held a look that said 'seriously?'

"Who me? Why would I do that?" -Rin

"Just promise you'll keep your mouth shut okay?!" -Izumo

"I'm not gonna tell anyone, so chill out" -Rin

-yeah and what would be the point of telling? -

*gargle! *

"Here.... thanks a lot" I then saw her gave Rin's shirt back

-.......... wait why did she have Rin's shirt? –

"If you hadn't shown up, who knows what would have happened to Pakku and me. So anyway, thanks a lot for doing that for me" -Izumo

"Oh sweet! You washed it for me!" -Rin

"Huh?" -Izumo

"Oh man, I was so wrong about you, you rock you know that?" -Rin

"Uh, wrong! I only washed it cause it was stinky" -Izumo

"Uh, seriously? Was it that stinky?" to this I gave a slight chuckle.

-Well, maybe you should wash your clothes more often, so you wouldn't get a remark like that-

"Good morning" We all turned our heads to see it was Yukio

"Mr. Okumura" We all then headed into the room Pakku was resting in and Yukio injecting her with some fluids.

I could tell she was pretty weak still, I might come back later when there's no one here and help her out a bit. Without blowing my cover, or having her get the wrong idea.

"That fever you've got will be gone in about 2 or 3 days, you'll be up and about soon. So, rest up okay?" -Yukio

"Thanks a lot for everything. Mr. Okumura" -Paku

"Take it easy now" -Rin

"Yeah, I will, thanks a lot Rin" -Paku, I was about to leave the room with Rin and Yukio, until I was halted in my steps, by Yukio.

"Minami, please take care of Pakku. I would feel much more at ease if you were watching her, since you did a good job last night" I barked twice to show I understand, licking his cheek, as he scratched my head.

"Yeah, I agree with you on that. She did a good job of calling you when we needed help and if something was happening she would call us again" replied Rin

Izumo finally noticed my presence and saw the bandage that lay on me. She was about to ask Rin and Yukio what happened to me, but they already left, leaving me with Pakku and Izumo......I don't know how to take this? I then go over to Paku and lay in front of her bed, staring at the window and door, like a guard dog.

*giggle*

"Isn't Rin the best? He seems like he's pretty cool and don't you think he's cute" -Paku

"Uh he, he's what?! Are you crazy?" -Izumo

"I think Mr. Okumura is pretty cool too. Their supposed to be twins, but they couldn't be any more different" She began to giggle some more and all I could do was look at Izumo in the corner of my eye with a smirk
