"Where are we?" Jade asked her as she scanned the place.

"Just follow me." She said and walked inside this huge building in front of them and didn't dare wait for the brunette. Jade had no other choice and immediately followed her but the guards stopped her.

"Excuse me, Ma'am, may I see your ID?" The guard with black quiff hair said.

"Oh, I don't have an ID with me right now. But, I am with that blonde girl who just entered this building."

"Stop playing games, Miss, please give us your ID." The other guard with brown hair said.

"I swear, I'm with her!"

"If you can't show us any identification of you, I'm sorry but we're not gonna let you in here." He said and held her by the wrist and walked her out.

But just before the guard could push Jade away, a voice stopped him.

"Let her go," She said while giving the guard a sharp look. He immediately did what he was told and apologized.

Perrie walked to them and held Jade's hand. She pulled her inside but right before she could enter the elevator, she called a small brunette who seemed to be one of her workers.

"I want those two out of here, I don't want to see their faces starting tomorrow." She strictly said.

"Malik and Pasqualino?" The short girl asked.

"Perrie, please don't fire them. They were only doing their job." But the blonde ignored her.

"Yes, and hire someone new to replace them," Perrie said. "And remind the newbies to know who were the ones allowed inside my building, got that?" The short girl answered with a nod and then Perrie pulled the brunette inside the elevator.

Once they're out and on their way to Perrie's office, every single worker they passed would look at them and their linked hands. Jade wasn't used to all those unknowing looks they're getting but she bet that they're only getting this much attention because the workers haven't seen Perrie together with her or someone at all. And because their hands are still linked, any person they passed by would take a second look just to be sure that it's their boss that they're seeing.

When they reached Perrie's office, Jade can't help but be mesmerized by the things she saw inside. Everything seemed to be made out of gold and silver since they all seemed to shine. There are two doors near the blonde's table but Jade doesn't know where it leads to.

"Why did you bring me here?" Jade asked. Perrie looked at her.

"Why do you ask so many questions?" Perrie answered, irritated. And Jade pouted. The blonde looked away because of that. If only the brunette knows the effect of anything she does on her.

The blonde lets go of Jade's hand and went to her desk. Jade, on the other hand, sat on the couch away from the blonde's table and continued to explore the room with her eyes. Suddenly, the door opened and Harry entered and walked towards Perrie's table. He handed her some folders.

"They're here."

And Perrie doesn't seem to have heard him since her attention was focused on her wife. Harry was confused to what seemed to have caught the blonde's attention that way but as he followed her gaze, he understood why she couldn't take her eyes away.

Jade had a straight face that soon turned bright when she saw Harry on the blonde's table. But Jade's sudden change seemed to have changed Perrie's mood as well.

"Hi Jade, sorry I haven't seen you there." He used his hand to fix his curls that fell on his face.

"You seemed to be so serious about something, maybe that's why you didn't see me."
