After going to the office, Perrie immediately made her way back home. She made sure that she gets back as early as possible since she wanted to come with her wife at the hospital for her first check-up.

As she silently opened the door to their house, she was met by her wife who's sitting on the couch while eating. She couldn't help but shake her head for a bit when she noticed that Jade was eating like she hasn't eaten for days now. But she knew it was the effect of the baby in her womb.

She walked towards the brunette and gave her a quick peck on the cheek, which caught Jade off-guard, before sitting next to her.

"I thought you're at work?" Jade asked.

"Yeah, but I missed you already. So I went home as early as I could." She beamed at the brunette. "And besides, you have to go to the hospital right? Let me take you." Perrie said as she nuzzled her face on the brunette's neck, sniffing and inhaling her wonderful scent. Jade just nodded as a reply.

"You smell so good, wife." The blonde said as she started to pepper kisses on her neck. "So so sweet."

Perrie secretly smiled when she felt Jade tense for a bit. She could feel how stiff her body is right now and she knew she was the reason behind it. She looked up and held her wife's face. She stared at her intently. Perrie could stare at her all day and won't get tired of admiring her wife's gorgeous face.

Jade, unconsciously bite her lower lip which tempted the blonde to kiss her on the lips. And that's what she did. She leaned in and captured her favorite pair of lips. The brunette couldn't help but smile at her wife's sudden action so she pulled her neck so she could deepen their kiss. And as they pulled away, the both of them had a triumphant smile on each other's lips.

"Thank you for coming into my life, Jade," Perrie said as she caressed the brunette's cheek. "before, I never dreamt of having my own family. I'm not contented with what I have. But when you came into my life...everything changed. This time, I want to build a family with you. And I'm willing to give up everything because I am contented being with you." She kissed her nose and smiled at the older Geordie.

"Jade, with you, everything seems so perfect. You're too perfect that I can't help but be scared of waking up the next day only to realize that this was all just a dream. I am so afraid to lose you...and our baby." She placed a comforting hand on the brunette's tummy while staring at her wife's caramel brown eyes. "Thank you for not giving up on me, Jade."

"No, Pez, thank you. Thank you for letting me in your life, for trusting me and for loving me." It was now her time to caress the blonde's pretty face. "And I won't give up on you even if you're the moodiest person I've ever met. I'll always be ready to understand you. Why? Because I love you so much."

Perrie pulled the older Geordie closer to her to give her a hug. They're too sappy right now but that's just because they're so in love and happy and contented at the moment. But the blonde couldn't help but think about something, and that "thing" was something she still hasn't told and explained to the brunette. Something related to her past and her family.

She wanted to tell her the truth so bad but Perrie was scared. She knows that Jade will have a difficult time in letting the news sink into her, especially because it is related to her family. She was afraid that the truth might be the reason for the brunette to leave her forever. And she fears that to happen, she didn't want it to happen.

"If you only knew the truth, would you still love me the same?"

Jade's eyes furrowed because of what the blonde just said. She doesn't understand obviously but she wanted to know why did Perrie said that. She got worried when she saw fear and sadness in her ocean blue eyes.
