being with jina had never been better; not only has she helped me recover my loneliness by accompanying me, but she had also been a great friends. i'm grateful for her.

yoongi was proud that i made a friend, but for jeongguk, i haven't talked to him more often than i would've had. well maybe because my feelings were still in me, i just don't know how to face him.

the rumours from the school's website just couldn't get off my head, i don't even know why it effected me. maybe i do like jeongguk, i wasn't even sure of my own feelings, wow.

me and jina were now in a cafe, sitting next to the glass pane window which had the view of autumn. we talked about ourselves more, jina told me that she had a tiny crush on yoongi. i was, of course fine with it.

our day went by like that, chitchatting until it was late in the afternoon. the clock struck five in the evening, we said our goodbyes before heading to our own direction.

i pushed the front door open, walking to the living room and plopped on the couch with yoongi on the floor, chilling.

"you're back," he said, his eyes darted on the television. i hummed in reply, watching the show which was displayed on the television. to be honest, it was a very intense show. not to mention all the great artist battling there, just makes it so interesting.

the show ended, yoongi was satisfied as his lips curled into a gummy smile. i chuckled, fishing out my phone and went to the school's website again. they had the best juicy information there.

i tapped on the label which was written 'hottest news', the page loaded as the first word i saw was samantha.

my eyes scanned through the texts which was written below the picture attached. the picture was loading so i proceeded with reading the texts.

" school's new transferee samantha choi is confirmed to be the school's heartthrob jeon jeongguk's girlfriend. what a shocking news indeed! what do y'all think of their relationship? "

my heart fell to my feet, my body froze. is it real? are they really dating? "sarang?" yoongi's voice called, his voice sounded blurry in my ears. what is going on? why am i like this?

the second i knew, my eyes were glassy. tears welling up in my eyes. slowly, one by one, it rolled down my cheeks. yoongi's eyes widened, not knowing what's the situation.

"what's wrong?" he asked, i placed my palm over my face, sobbing onto it. yoongi hushed me, rubbing my back up and down as i cried into my palm.

why am i so pathetic? why am i like this? it's not like he likes me or anything. my heart broke into million piece even just remembering the words.

ugh i'm pathetic as hell.
