❝ i'm sorry ❞
it has been about a years since their high school ended.
jungkook and sarang had already graduated from high school. jungkook inherited his dad's company while sarang continued with studying degree in college.
even though their relationship is still going on, they rarely had the chance to meet each other. or if they do, it'll only just be a little while or so.

as much as they tried to text each other, work and assignments seems to be parting them away from each other.
jungkook's parents payed a visit to the company, though he was happy, he felt uneasy about the sudden meeting as they would never meet him without a reason.
"hello mom and dad," he greeted his parents who is sitting down on the red velvet couch that was inside his office.
"hello jungkook. if you are aware, we are here to talk about business," his dad started, leaving him quiet while sitting down the opposite side of his parents, with a nod as a response.
"as you know, your company had become a bigger hit than before." his mother said, "recently, we had a call from the states, saying that they want to collaborate with you," his mother trailed.
"our point is, you are staying at the states for some time, for your company," his father added.
jungkook was stunned, left speechless by the words that came out of his parent's lips. he wasn't sure if he was hearing things or something.
"why? can't i work here like i am now?" he said, in hopes that his parents would, at some point change their mind about leaving for the states.
"jungkook-ah, as much as we don't want this, but it can help you. plus you can improve your english as well!"
even with that his parents had said, he still doesn't want to agree with their request. but seeing how desperate his parents is, he felt much more pressure.
he didn't want to leave sarang; not how they had already rarely met, he didn't want to leave her side, not like this.
after thinking for minutes, "fine," he hesitantly answered, resulting his parents to beam at his answer.
"thank you jungkook-ah," his mother thank him, hugging him before leaving as they had a lunch with some of their friends.
jungkook let out a sigh after his parent's figure had faded around the corner of the hallway.
plopping on his chair, his gaze advert towards the screen of his computer. a smile creeped up his face while he admire his computer's background.
it was a picture of sarang that he took secretly on one of their dates, she had a camera held up while she took a picture of the beach which had a sunset scenery displayed.
unknowingly, he felt lonely. the thought of leaving sarang was something he didn't wish to do, or was planning to.
"i'm sorry," he whispered under his.
