One Wish

A old man.

In rags begging caught.

The eye of a powerful gene.

The gene went to the old man.

The gene wore gold jewellery and silk clothes.

Yet, the old man did not care.

"Give me a little bit of money please".

The old man pleaded.

Knowing he'll get a dime and a kick in the face.

Pleased out of the respect.

Compared to how the gene is always commanded.

The gene smiled, equal to the cost of a thousand diamonds.

"Your wish,

Is mine command.

You shall deserve what you demand".

"What shall you get?

A mansion to relax?

A car to cruise in?"

Astounded, the old man indeed felt.

"No sir.

Just a bit of money to feed my family shall do".

Remarkable.

The gene thought.

A heart as pure as clean water.

In the end.

The old man got a bag.

Filled with plenty gold coins.

"No", the old man said.

"I shall help more like me"

So he distributed enough money equally.

"Now all of the beggars like me,

Shall have a good dinner tonight".

That night, the old man floated to heaven with a smile.
