We all want to fall.
Give up the path to success.
But it is never the end.
Not after all that we've been through.
The pain and the trauma.
Bundle of emotions broken and cut.
We have reached half way.
The destination is just a bit away.
Just a couple steps away.
The problems holding us back.
Troubles and obstacles.
Laughing in our face.
And we know.
That this is the real test.
To determine if I hide or fight back.
Now that we're here.
We have not come so far.
To give up and go back.
So we will stand up for ourselves.
Push forward and keep going through.
The thorns of roses and slippery rocks getting in the way.
But we will survive.
And after all the effort.
We will have made it.
Just know.
That when there is no light.
It is never the end.

I wrote this poem..while listening to this song. Honestly, this song makes me feel so hopeful and motivated and just....AMAZING. As soon as I heard the first note of this song, I just knew this is a FANTASTIC song. So if you did not hear that, I totally recommend you do. It's right here! I believe that you will LOVE this song.
Anyways..*clears throat*...how was the poem? Feel free to tell what improvements you think I can make...or just compliment me. As much as I sound over confident (which I promise I'm not trying to), sometimes I just like getting compliments. :)
