This is a new year.
To walk and express ourselves.
And to make our footprints.
We have footprints.
Lingering from the past.
That we avoid and reflect.
But this is the chance!
A new year.
For a fresh new us.
Maybe this year.
We can change our habits.
And anything we can improve on.
From now on.
We are looking back at who we were.
After looking, we'll be a new version of who we are.
So go ahead.
And make those new footprints.
To base our future on.
We will fall.
We will cry.
Yet we will get up and continue on.
We shall do our best.
Never let what happen.
Drag our feet to an end.
Let's hold hands.
Smile and look ahead.
And start making footprints.
