Now, as you see in the video, Brendon performed with Halsey.
Now, I'm not sure ((of course)) if Ryan just went to Coahella just for the hokey game or if he was gonna stay for the whole festival and then he found out that Brendon was gonna perfrom and then he was like "bye Coachella!"
To be honest, I'm not even sure if they announced that Brendon was gonna perform with Halsey or if it was a surprise. But still, it's kinda weird that Ryan left before he could see his old bandmate perform. Or maybe, like I said, Ryan just went to see the hockey game which is no surprise because he loves hockey.
