I'm not sure if this is true or not but it could be Ryan or Jon.
Both Ryan and Jon have been wayyy active on social media, especially Ryan in Feburary and Jon has been more active in February and now.
Ryan and Jon saw each other not that long ago because both wanted to see each other:

Maybe showing that he's making new solo music or joining Panic! Again?
Some people also think that The Young Veins, the band where Ryan Ross and Jon Walker made after they left Panic! At The Disco, are having a reunion and that's why Ryan and Jon started hanging out out of no where.
It could be eithir one of them but which one do you think is more likely?
