Now, this might be wack but, on his caption he said this:

I know you probably read it and said "Wtf how is this Panic! Getting back together you fucking asshole." But let me underline what I'm saying:

He says "When we were all in high school..."

Now, I know that Ryan can have friends from high school that he's friends with now, but if you look at the most friends he hangs out with now, they didn't know Ryan back then. And the only really friend or friends that hung out with Ryan in high school was Spencer and Brent. But of course they would probably never get Brent back in the band because Brent would maybe not wanna do that again. BUT Spencer amd Brendon were the ones he hing out with more, so "we" must be Brendon and Spencer.
And you might be like "Where the fuck is Jon Walker!?" Well if course Ryan didn't know Jon back in high school but it doesn't mean that Jon's not getting back in the band because of this maybe proof. Jon could be coming back but Ryan didn't give much away. I mean, it's not like their gonna not get Jon back and then get Brent back, that's just a no no.
So, I don't know.
It can be Ryan just talking about other friends but I mean, it's all there.
