The Doctor's POV-

The whole of London is one giant explosion of light, and I come to the realisation that the Daleks are going to kill millions of people, because they can.

"Turn those lights off now. Turn London off or I swear I will use the Tardis self destruct." I shout at them, walking towards them, furious.

"Stalemate, Doctor. Leave us and return to Earth." Why would I leave them? They've put the lives of millions at risk and they just want me to 'leave.'

"Oh, that's it. That's your great victory? You leave?" I say jestingly.

"Extinction is not an option. We shall return to our own time and begin again."

"No, no, no. I won't let you get away this time. I won't." I shout at them. Bailee squeezes my hand in reassurance.

"We have succeeded. DNA reconstruction is complete. Observe, Doctor, a new Dalek paradigm." They say to me. I turn to the Pregenitor cabinet in time to see five new Daleks, each a different colour, gliding out. They are almost as tall as me.

"The Progenitor has fulfilled our new destiny. Behold, the restoration of the Daleks. The resurrection of the master race." They say, partly to me, and partly to the space in general.

"All hail the new Daleks. All hail the new Daleks." The now old looking khaki Dalek turns to the new Daleks.

"Yes, you are inferior." The apparent new leader, the white Dalek states.

"Yes."

"Then prepare."

"We are ready." This interaction between the new and old Daleks is nice and all, but it was getting a bit tedious, and not to mention worrying, as it gave me time to think of all the possible outcomes of this situation.

"Cleanse the unclean. Total obliteration. Disintegrate." The new coloured Daleks exterminate the old khaki ones, making Bailee jump, as they exploded.

"Blimey. What do you do to the ones who mess up?" I joke nonchalantly.

"You are the Doctor. You must be exterminated." They turn to me, but I'm ready. I hold out my Jammy Dodger again.

"Don't mess with me, sweetheart." I smile pleasantly at the tin cans full of hatred that now stand in front of me.

"We are the paradigm of a new Dalek race. Scientist, Strategist, Drone, Eternal, and the Supreme." The white Dalek rolls forward, seemingly naming itself and the others.

"Which would be you, I'm guessing. Well, you know, nice paint job." I straighten my bow tie.
"I'd be feeling pretty swish if I looked like you. Pretty supreme." I don't really have a point to what I'm saying, just stalling until I have an opportunity to blow up the whole Dalek ship and rid the universe of them once and for all. Simple. "Question is, what do we do now? Either you turn off your clever machine or I'll blow you and your new paradigm into eternity."

"And yourself." The white Dalek states.

"Occupational hazard." I shrug.

Then the blue Dalek speaks up. "Scan reveals nothing. Tardis self destruct device non-existent." Not good. I hand my biscuit to Bailee, who takes a bite out of it and nods in appreciation.

"All right, it's a Jammy Dodger, but I was promised tea." I say to the Daleks, backing slowly towards my TARDIS. An alarm sounds.

"Alert. Unidentified projectile approaching. Correction, multiple projectiles." The blue Dalek tells its leader.

"What have the humans done?" For once I actually don't know, but I'm hoping it's something that means the Daleks are destroyed.

"I don't know." I say happily.

"Explain. Explain. Explain." They insist.

Then the speakers in the Dalek ship comes to life with a slight crackle. "Danny Boy to the Doctor. Danny Boy to the Doctor. Are you receiving me? Over."

"Oh ho! Winston, you beauty." I cry, this is just what we needed.

"Danny Boy to the Doctor. Come in. Over." The pilot repeats.

"Loud and clear, Danny Boy. Big dish, side of the ship. Blow it up. Over." I shout happily back at him, infuriating the Daleks.

"Exterminate the Doctor." The Daleks all aim their guns at Bailee and I, and I make a break for the TARDIS, locking the doors behind us, avoiding the deadly gunfire that was inches away from us.

Bailee's POV -

We run to the console, and The Doctor messes around with some buttons, muttering to himself, trying to connect to the pilot flying around the Dalek spaceship that spoke to us earlier. He whacks the screen attached to the console, and it fizzes to life.

"Danny Boy to the Doctor. Only me left now." Was the unwelcome greeting we got. But if someone's still going out there, they must have mad skills behind the controls of their plane, what with all the gunfire being aimed at them.

"Anything you can do, sir? Over." He speaks again, talking to The Doctor.

"The Doctor to Danny Boy. The Doctor to Danny Boy." He replies, making sure the TARDIS is doing a two way communication, not just one way. "I can disrupt the Dalek shields, but not for long. Over."

"Good show, Doctor. Go to it. Over." The pilot replies. The Doctor seems to doable the shields, and the shimmering forcefield around the Dalek ship goes down.

"I'm going in. Wish me luck. Over." We watch as the pilot expertly navigates his plane, avoiding the deadly energy beams aimed for him, and shoots at the disc which is keeping all the lights in London on. It's a direct hit, and The Doctor and I cheer in the TARDIS, while the exhilarated shouting comes from the brave pilot who shot at the Dalek ship.

"Danny Boy to the Doctor. Going in for another attack." The Doctor grins wildly, so happy that he's going to finally destroy the race of aliens who he has apparently been at war with for hundreds of years.

"The Doctor to Danny Boy. The Doctor to Danny Boy. Destroy this ship. Over."

"What about you, Doctor?" The pilot asks. I had forgotten that we were still on board the Dalek ship.

"I'll be okay." The Doctor tells the pilot, and the connection is then interrupted by the Daleks, who appear on the console screen.

"Doctor, call off your attack." They state.

"Ah ha. What, and let you scuttle off back to the future? No fear. This is the end for you. The final end." He looks as happy as I've ever seen him.

"Call off the attack, or we will destroy the Earth." They insist.

"I'm not stupid, mate. You've just played your last card." The Doctor shouts gleefully, not interested in what they're saying.

"Bracewell is a bomb." I look at The Doctor worriedly, not sure if I should believe them or not.

"You're bluffing. Deception's second nature to you. There isn't a sincere bone in your body. There isn't a bone in your body." The Doctor insists, but I can sense the worry creeping into his voice.

"His power is derived from an Oblivion Continuum. Call off your attack, or we will detonate the android." They give The Doctor the option so save the earth or destroy the Daleks, and I can see how it pains him that he cannot wipe out the whole human race in exchange for ridding the universe of what I presume are the some of deadliest creatures in existence.

"No. This is my best chance ever. The last of the Daleks. I can rid the Universe of you, once and for all." The Doctor said desperately, almost pleadingly.

"Then do it. But we will shatter the planet below. The Earth will die screaming." The Daleks know that they have got The Doctor stuck.

"Yeah, and if I let you go, you'll be stronger than ever. A new race of Daleks." He retorts. I walk up to him and place my hand on his arm.

"Then choose, Doctor. Destroy the Daleks... Or save the Earth."
