That cursed day came by quicker than I expected. Aunt Gomez curled my hair and I did my own makeup. I'm very peaky when it came to it. Both sisters, my aunt and my mother started to argue about it until I kicked them out from my room until I finished. They walked in and only took in on how much of a girl I looked like. The dress hung outside of my closet covered up by a white bag. I walked up to it and slowly untied it from the bottom.
"Do you want to wear heels?" My aunt asked.
"Sure. The dress is too long for me without them." My mom came back in the room with a pair of silver heels that matched the gem stones on the dress.
"I took the time to buy it in New York last week. I also got you this." My mom took out a bracelet. I allowed her to put it on my arm. I took the necklace that Xavier gave me and put it right on. I took the pedant my parents gave for my birthday and put along with bracelet she got and the replica of my grandmother's pedant. I felt more comfortable now. My aunt and my mother looked at me with satisfying smiles.
"Time for the dress." My aunt said. I nodded. They helped me slip in. I felt insecure right away. I was going to go change back to my robe when Erix knocked in. I quickly turned scarlet.
"Doesn't see look beautiful Erix?" My mother asked. Erix nodded and leaned at the door.
"Like the moon." He said.
"Go away!" I turned around.
"Almost done!" My mother said.
"No more makeup! I already feel like a doll."
"You barely have any on dear." My aunt Gomez said.
"Er um, just saying that Xavier is down stairs with his parents. Josh called in he's heading to Kaya's but he's waiting for you Aunt Gomez."
"Hold up! I gotta see my girl." My aunt Gomez walked out of the room with Erix.
"Whenever you're ready." I waited about ten minutes before I headed down stairs.
Xavier was down stairs. Damn, he looked better than always. In his style, his white shirt had two buttons unbuttoned. Cocky boy. I walked down the stairs red out of my mind. Everyone looked at me awed and I wished I could of turn invisible at the moment.
"Not bad." Josh was at the door. "Mom!" Aunt Gomez kissed me goodbye and left. Xavier offered his hand and I took it.
"Peach?" He said.
"I knew you would of disagree."
"Well play Michaels." We took pictures before we headed off with Josh followed by Brandon at the back of Xavier's car. I looked at the window and I was able to see Brandon's reflection. OH boy, he has no idea what's coming to him.
We waited outside until Josh and Kaya came out of the house. Gabe and Angie met us at their house before we all went to eat at the Chinese place because...well? We forgot to make reservations and we all were in the mood for Chinese food.
"Where's Tomas?" Asked Angie.
"With Holly." Brandon answered. We all stared at him. "What? It was a last minute thing."
"I will never understand him." Angie said at last. Gabe looked at her concerned but he dropped the subject.
"So my dear Ex, aren't you going to eat your orange chicken?" I asked. Brandon looked up.
"Oh yea." He stabbed the poor food and stuffed it in his mouth.
"You know what they say, if you eat food unwillingly you will have a long ass time in the toilet." Kaya said.
