"Why'd you go out back there? You ran straight in the claws of a Griever." Thomas asks you, a concerned look on his face.
"What else could I've done? I had to save Frypan." you shrug.
"You could have gotten trapped out there!" Thomas his mood suddenly switches to angry because you say it like you don't even care you risked your life.
"I couldn't leave Fry out there! He's my best friend!" you shout at your boyfriend.
"You could've gotten yourself killed {your name}! I could have saved him," tears start to fill Thomas his eyes. "I could have saved him, because if I did. If I did, you would still be alive."
Thomas sits up gasping for air. The blanket is wrapped around his leg from tossing, his whole body is damp from sweat.
Thomas leaves his bed and runs to the showers. He throws his clothes in a corner and steps under the cold water spurts.
Silently crying, trying to get the image from you falling on the ground out of his head.
The memory of your death will always haunt him.
