We finally arrive at the field and I must say the thunder is scaring me slightly. Carlisle notices this and grabs my hand then gives it a light squeeze and it's enough to reassure me and take my fear away. Stepping out of the car my feet land on the soft damp grass. I close my eyes and breath in a deep breath as another wave of thunder passes.  Then when I open my eyes Carlisle is there standing next to me smiling. I return the smile and the game begins. As I watch Carlisle play baseball the vampire way I can't help but think about how lucky I am to have such a wonderful man in my life. Suddenly Alice stiffens and then yells. "STOP!" Confused I ask her what's wrong she then goes on to explain that the nomad vampires heard us playing and have turned around to come see us. Edward tells Bella to put her hair down but Rosalie interjects saying. "That won't help I could smell her all the way across the field." I shoot her a stern disapproving look and she becomes quiet. We stand in a line Carlisle by me holding my hand tightly then like ghosts the nomad vampires appear out of nowhere. I try and keep my composure as they draw nearer. Then before I know it they are in front of us. I study them and as I do I can tell a difference between them and the Cullen's... the nomads have red eyes.
