another journey after losing
everything.
She journey's away from the
Hellmouth...
"Maybe she's at home." Stefan suggested as he, Damon, and Klaus continued to search the woods for Buffy.
It had been hours and they still hadn't found anything, the trail had run cold.
The last sign they had spotted of her had been the hole she had punched through the Mystic Falls town sign by the edge of town.
There were running out of options and if Buffy had run in the other direction with her new speed she could be across the state by now.
Damon groaned as he kicked the dirt with his shoes "Right now crazy pants needs to think she's in Sunnydale. Hence her destroying the town sign. She wouldn't go anywhere near anything Mystic Falls-related. "
The last memory Buffy had was of Sunnydale, being in Mystic Falls all of a sudden would just be terrifying her all the more.
She was confused, traumatized, and now extremely powerful.
It was a deadly combination.
"As much as I hate to agree with your brother..." Klaus groaned, just admitting this made him feel physically sick. It was causing him actual pain to agree with Damon "...he may have a point. Her last memory is of leaping off that tower. Where in this town would come close to that?"
Stefan contemplated for a moment digging through his memories trying to think of where she may go.
Then it hit him. The Mountain.
Buffy was looking for height, something that matched that of The Tower she had leaped off of.
It was the tallest point, right on the edge of town.
However, before he could say anything Klaus' phone started ringing loudly causing the Hybrid to growl loudly before turning away from the brothers as he answered.
He was in no mode for interruptions right now.
"This better be good!"
"You need to come back." Miguel told him urgently through his gasping breaths which made Klaus pause.
Something had gone wrong.
It was evident enough from the shaky tone in the warlock's voice.
"What is it?!" Klaus hissed, his jaw clenching tightly as frustration spread through his body.
He did not have time for this.
He needed to find Buffy and get her somewhere safe so she could adjust to her new abilities.
"Something came through with her and your sister is destroying the house."
Klaus groaned, gritting his teeth in annoyance. "I'll be there soon." He grunted out before hanging up his phone and before either brother could question him he sped off leaving them both alone in the dark forest.
With the Hybrid finally gone, Damon let out a relieved breath "Clearly he's done with the helping." He muttered before turning to his brother.
As he spotted the furrowed brow on his brother's face, Damon paused, Stefan knew something, he could see it.
"Stef?"
"I think I know where she went."
