Chapter 44: Darmin Garzif

~Chad p.o.v~

I ran down the hallway, my arms were already transformed so i was ready for battle if it came early

i kept running until i saw an opening and saw a room made of rocks, there were rocks everywhere

i tried to climb over them to continue searching for Kate until i swung my arm at a boulder that was thrown

at me, i looked on a mountain top to see that there was a man grinning at me

he had brown hair with a huge body, like mine only his muscles popped out of his shirt

he had a cracked hollow mask that was brown and black

"So, i heard your the muscles in your little group of "knights"!"

he said then i looked up at him slowly walking down to come by me

"Whats your name kid?"

"Chad"

he laughed then lost his grin

"What a stupid name, your mother was probaly ashamed of giving birth to you and-"

before he could continue i punched his gut, making him groan in pain

"That was a good one, but what are you against a blade huh?"

he pulled out his sword and i got in a defensive position

This isnt looking good, he has a blade and i dont, but what makes it worst is that inoue isnt here to heal me if he does get through my shield

he came at me and my shield came through, it blocked his blade leaving an opening for him and i punched his chest

making him flying back a few feet

"That was good, but i see your not a soul reaper, so-"

"I dont know what i am, but your in my way so if you could tell me where kate is-"

he came at me again interuppting my sentence, i put my shield back up

"Your going to have to beat me to get that out of my mouth"

i frowned as he started to laugh

"Then i geuss i will!"

we went back and forth attacking each other,

Im starting to get a little tired, the fight is wearing me out and its getting hard to see

"Is the big bad boy getting tired?"

he started to laugh then i scoffed

This guy is getting stronger, but i have to think of something quick or else.

"Im being a little rude arent i? Wouldnt you want to know the name of your killer huh?"

i was breathing heavily and he grinned

"Damin Garzif, and i think im going to have to end this"

he raised his blade at me and i prepared my arm

"El Directo!"

i shot reitsu from my arm and he put his blade up, i didnt see my attack, his blade shined and he licked it

"My blade absorbs and copies the oppenents or surrounding elements, now, how good is this-"

he shot it back and i put my shield back up.

"How much can your shield take before it gives in big man!"

he yelled, then i ran, hiding behind a group of rocks

i looked at my Brazo Derecha de Gigante (Shield) and saw it was ready to give in, and my body was getting ready to give in

"Your beggining to be no fun, but im going to find you!"

i stayed as silent as i can be until i had a plan to go onto.

this guy can absorb my powers, so long distant attacks wont work, but maybe, if i can use my shield for some of the attacks to get close to him

i can attack him full on.

i glanced at him looking around then i ran out putting my shield in front of me.

"You'll never kill me!"

he yelled as i blocked the multiple attacks he shot at me, then when i got close to him i put my shield away and aimed at him

he got his blade ready to hit me, as i was aiming

"El Directo!"

I yelled then he hit me with the shot making me jolt back and him jolt back from the pain as well

i looked at my leg to see it covered in blood, and saw his chest blown out, even though he already had a hollow hole

"That was a dirty trick, but i still have energy . to defeat you"

he looked worn out from using to much reitsu, i just tried to get up and aim at him once more

"El Directo"

i shot at him again and i didnt notice a cero coming straight for me as i was shooting and i put all of my reitsu in that attack, while getting caught in the cero

we were both laying on the ground but it was a good think i put my shield up at last moment, i would have been a goner with that cero

i tried to get up and prop myself on a rock before breathing heavily, looking at Darmin's not what used to be, body,

i felt my eyes get heavy as i fell asleep,

that took too much out of me, i hope ichigo is getting close to kate though
