Gionni held the door open and let Tanya walk in the restaurant before he walked in. They were at Roscoe's House of Chicken and Waffles and Tanya and her little baby were squealing on the inside. They got a table and sat down.

"So, how's the pregnant life?" Gionni asked.

"Good." Tanya smiled, looking down at her growing bump.

"Any weird cravings?"

"Not really but I do have a weird reaction to certain foods."

"Like?" Gionni asked.

"Anything pineapple related makes me fall asleep."

"Really?" Gionni chuckled.

This could work in my favor, he thought.

"Yeah but not on some narcoleptic shit but I get really sleepy and eventually ease into sleep."

"That's crazy." He said, shaking his head.

"Right."

"Hello, welcome to Roscoe's House of Chicken and Waffles. I'm Penny and I'll be your server for today. Can I start you two off with something to eat?" The server said.

"I'll have the Sunset." Tanya said. "The lemonade and fruit punch."

"Okay, and for you sir?"

"The Sunrise." Gionni said.

"Okay. Are you ready to order or do you need more time?" Penny asked.

"More time, please." Tanya said.

"Okay, I'll be right back with your drinks." Penny said, walking away.

"I'll be right back." Gionni said. "I'm gonna go to the bathroom."

He stood up and walked in the direction of the bathroom before taking a turn towards the kitchen. He tapped Penny's shoulder and she turned around, smiling.

"How can I help you?" She asked.

"Just thought I'd tell you how beautiful you look."

"Gionni, cut the bull." She chuckled.

Penny and Gionni had dated a while back and he knew she'd do anything for him. So, here he was asking a favor.

"I need a favor." He said.

"Anything."

"I need you to put some pineapple juice in that Sunset."

"Is there anything I need to know before I do?" Penny asked.

"Not at all." Gionni said with a smirk.

He kissed Penny's cheek and smacked her butt before going back to his table with Tanya. When he sat down, she smiled at him and he smiled back.

"You've always been so beautiful." Gionni said.

"Thank you." Tanya said.

"Really, like, I've always had a thing for you."

"I-" Tanya started to say but she was interrupted by Penny which she was thankful for.

"Here's your Sunset," she said, placing the drink in front of Tanya. "and your Sunrise."

"Thank you." The two said.

"Are you ready to order your food?" Penny asked.

"I'm fine." Tanya said, handing Penny the menu.
