Song:  Cheat Codes & Nicky Romero - Sober

"Lucifer, stop before you regret this," Axel ordered him. Lucifer let out a chuckle, "I will regret nothing. She's nothing by a trader, not a wife or even a girlfriend. ."

I quickly froze the room over causing Lucifer's flames to die down but he pushed himself to a limit to where his fire was a wild flame. He then threw the fireball. Holding up a force field, I braced myself for impact. A figure jumped in front me and grabbed my hand. Within a blink I was now in a different room.

I looked around to see it was a living room. I looked at the person in front me to see it was Sean who had a look of pain on his face. He released my hand and disappeared. I heard something slam upstairs and I knew it was him. Thinking for a second, I debated whether or not I should go upstairs. Letting out a sigh, I walked around the house looking for a stairs.

Finally finding one, I walked up the stairs and trailed down the hall to the room that Sean was in. Walking into the room, I saw the bathroom light was on. Walking into the bathroom, I saw Sean with his shirt off. His back was against me so I could see he had taken the fireball for me. The fireball had almost 3rd degree burns.

I watched as he turned the shower on and stripped down to his boxers.

"Wait," I mumbled as I held his hand. He turned back to look at me surprised as if he had expected me to be gone by now. "Lean over the sink," I ordered.

He slowly did as told and I stared at his back. I quickly washed my hand and kept it wet. I grabbed the alcohol rub bottle from the counter and opened it. "This is going to hurt a lot," I informed him.

I could hear his heavy breathing as if he was preparing himself. "Do it," he muffled out.

I took a cloth and soaked it with the alcohol rub before putting it on the burn. He let out a painful groan and I couldn't help but frown. He took a fireball for me. As I finished cleaning his wound, I gently touched his back and focused causing the wound to cool over. He let out a sigh of relief before turning around to look at me.

"Thanks," he mumbled. I nodded my head before going to walk out the bathroom but his hand pulled me back. "Where are you going?" he asked in a concerned voice.

I shrugged my shoulders. "Don't know. Maybe go to one of my safe house," I informed him. He shook his head, "You're welcome to stay here with me. It's kind of a hiding spot and no one would find you here," he spoke.

I stared at him waiting for him to laugh or smirk but he didn't. "Why did you save me?" I asked.

His hand released mine and before rubbing the back of his head. "Because it was the right thing to do. You should shower. You dress is soaking wet still from who knows what and no offence but you're starting to smell like a wet dog. I'll get you some clothes by your house. Don't even ask how," he commented as he grabbed a towel from the shelf before throwing it at me. I caught the towel and watched as he left the bathroom before closing the door behind him.

I stripped from my wet damp clothes and hopped in the shower. After finishing shower, I wrapped myself in the towel and walked out the bathroom to see dry clean clothes for myself was on his bed. I hopped into the dry clothes which was some shorts, and a muscle shirt with a sports bra under. I dried my hair and dropped the towel and damp clothes in the laundry basket before heading downstairs. I walked into the kitchen to see Sean still shirtless but was in some shorts. He had currently ordered Chinese food.

"Sit," he gestured to the seat by the counter. I took a seat and he bought over my food and drink. I thanked him before chowing down my food. We ate in silence and after finishing eat, I helped clean up. Sean disappeared out of the room and I couldn't help but have so many questions.
