Nope it's true. You're actually seeing the correct number. 21,798 IS the word count SWEET LAWD. Know why? Cuz I realized that THIS is the height of the story (for Percy at least) so it is the longest chapter emotionally. It's also VERY serious and alot of things might be too heavy to understand or take in. So don't overexert yourself, read in pieces, take breaks, and please get comfy! Now the next one might take a tad long to update okay, but hopefully the ones after will speed along.
AND I SWEAR, I'LL BRING THE LEVEL OF DETAIL DOWN back to minimal spy-standards, it's just that THIS IS THE CLIMAX AND YOU SEE JUST HOW COMPLEX PERCY IS! Okay no more ranting, here's a Percy-centered chapter for you.

IMPORTANT INFO: Now it'll be tough but just try to imagine it like a movie. The scenes jump back and forth but Percy's words in the center are the voiceover that connects them to the end. And I don't know why but I heard Logan Lerman's voice. :p Do I have to cred him? And remember, this is an AU so many of the things in this chapter may not/cannot actually happen in real life... but imagination is a wonderful thing.
