Summary : Dancing in the rain while Minho is watching.

You looked outside. It was raining. You smiled to yourself. You love the rain. You quickly finished washing the dishes at the restaurant you worked at and took your bag and coat before leaving. You put your earphones on. Completely immersed into the song, you started dancing. Without noticing, you took every step with suavity, the tips of your sneakers against the cold floor. Closing your eyes, turning around and around. Imagining the room filled with people from all around the world. Being a professional ballet dancer always had been your dream since you're little. However, fate decided otherwise and your back pain kept on hurting you more. However tonight, in this cold streets, you won't let them win again. Not this time.

You smiled through the dance. Enjoying your last step, you last turn.

And you opened your eyes. Breathe.

You looked around you. People were passing by, not really noticing your presence.
Your vision started to get blurry. You tried to shook your head. Not this time Y/N. You're freaking weak. You felt like fainting. Your back hurt so much. You closed your eyes again.

You suddenly felt someone's hands around your shoulders. You opened your eyes again. A boy was standing there, in front of you. His eyes were full of worry as he looked at you. His hands were still supporting you, by the shoulders. Get yourself together. You smiled and thanked him quietly before getting ready to leave.

« W-wait »

You turned around.

« I... Are you okay ? Do you need help, you seem not really good...?
- Uhm... it's okay thanks...
- Are-Are you a professional dancer ? »

You widened your eyes. Did he see me dancing ?

« I-I am not
-Well in that case you are really talented
-Tha-thanks »

After that, he decided to offer you a drink. And since a cafe was pretty near, you started to walk there together.
You talked a bit. You learnt that his name was Minho and that he was a professional dancer from a famous company. You couldn't lie to yourself, he was undeniably handsome and really kind. Plus he was a dancer. Don't fall that fast Y/N.

You arrived at the cafe. It was a really soft place with a nice atmosphere. You sat at a table with Minho after ordering what you wanted.
You talked about the things you like, especially about dance and time was passing by really quickly. You told him the reason why you couldn't be a dancer and how your dreams were broken so that you simply dance in the streets just like before.
He was listening, sometimes laughing at your lame jokes and making your heart goes wild. His smile is so pretty. You didn't notice that you were staring at him for few seconds before he snapped his fingers in front of your face, chuckling.

« Take a picture, it lasts longer »

You blushed at his words before trying to act cool about that, like you didn't actually stared at his beautiful face for an eternity.

« Should I walk you home ?
- You don't have to, plus it's raining and I don't live that far, it's okay
- What if I was just looking for an excuse to spend more time with you ? »

Your face became red again as you let him walk you home.

It was still raining but none of you had an umbrella so you just decided to run under the rain. The running became quickly a dancing and you ended both dancing together in the rain on your way home. Forgetting the pain, this moment was beautiful. And he was undeniably a great dancer.

« Well... we're here, thank you again
- Tell me this is not the last time we're dancing together
- I... I hope so
- Then let's meet again soon »

He gave you his phone number then left smiling to himself more like cheering himself. You laugh at him then entered your house.

Dancing in the rain is no longer your lonely thing.
