(**A/N:**)

Just to clarify a few things. When she signs/talks it is underlined. Those around her such as Adrianna, Vince, and Stefano translate for her.

Bold sentences are conversations on the phone, text messages, letters, and/or intercom systems.

Italicized sentences are when people are speaking in foreign languages.

If some is all three and are centered then that is simply an Author's Note.

If it's all three but not centered then it's like a hand written note that pertains to the story.

I'm sorry if it's confusing, I tried to not make it that way.

(Juliet's POV)

I tried to get up on my own but my head was spinning. Stefano bent down and lifted me up.

"I've got you, Bella." He whispered.

I looked up at him only to find that he had a big cut across his forehead.

I went to sign to him but it all hurt to much.

"You're hurt." I spoke softly.

He looked at me in shock but quickly masked it and shook his head.

"I'll be fine. I have got to get you someplace safe."

"Adrianna and Carlo?" I asked just as some approached us, limping.

It was Adrianna and she was obviously in shock. She was looking around with wide eyes and she looked a little pale. She had some blood on her face but I couldn't tell where it came from.

Stefano walked around all the debris and went out the backdoor. He sat me down against the wall before going back after Adrianna.

He took a while to get her and I began to fear that something had happened to him but then he came back out with Adrianna beside him and an unconscious Carlo in his arms.

He sat Carlo beside me and pulled out his phone. He spoke in Italian for just a minute.

Two minutes later a car pulled up at the end of the alley. We all got in and they drove off.
I thought we'd be going home but we ended up going to the hospital.

We drove in through the back entrance where Dr. McCall and a few nurses were waiting.

"Take them to the ER. I've got her." Dr. McCall said to the nurses as he helped me out of the car.

He took me to a private exam room and closed the door. He didn't say anything as he examined me from head to toe.

He found a small cut on the side of my head and quit a few bruises but that was all.

I then made him fix up Stefano. He put stitches in his forehead and put on some butterfly bandages on the cut on his abdomen.

"Have you called him?" McCall asked.

"Not yet."

"He's going to be pissed if he finds out about it on the news instead of from you."

"I know. I'll call him now." He said stepping out of the room.

I'm glad he stepped out to call Vince because I knew that that was going to be a bad phone call.
