Chapter 21 (Olympian Genetics)

I woke up and looked at the time.

5:15.

Wow I must have slept for a while.

I sat up and looked around.

I frowned when I didn't see Leo anywhere.

'He must have gone to dinner' I thought.

I sighed and rested my head on my pillow.

My head ache had gone gone away a bit and I no longer felt nauseas.

I decided to just lay in bed and think for a little while, until Percy came back.

I was in deep though about how technically Jason,Thalia, Hazel and Nico were all my cousins, When someone came in.

My first though was Percy.

"Hey Elise, I brought you some soup back from dinner" Leo said walking over towards my bunk.

"Thanks Leo" I said sitting up.

He sat down and kissed me on the top I my head.

"Feeling any better?" he asked brushing some hair away from my face.

I nodded.

"I think I'll be fine by tomorrow morning" I explained.

"Good" he said gazing into my eyes.

I leaned over and gave him a kiss on the cheek.

"What was that for?" he asked a little surprised.

"Well you have been extremely sweet to me today, even though I've probably been really needy" I said.

He laughed "You haven't been needy at all".

I gave him a kiss on the lips this time.

"You're a really bad liar" I said resting my head on his.

"You've been in need of things not needy" he said.

"That's the definition of needy" I said.

He didn't answer but instead kissed me again.

We kissed for awhile before Leo broke apart.

"Elise" he said.

"Yeah" I answered.

"I think I should go back to my cabin" he said.

I sighed.

"Okay" I said.

"Goodnight Elise, feel better" he said giving me one last kiss and left the cabin.

After Leo left I laid back down and started to think.

I went back to my previous thoughts before Leo had arrived.

I guess technically Hades and Zeus are my uncles.

That would make their children my cousins.

That's a little creepy.

It's a damn good thing that the Olympian relations don't mean anything.

I don't want to think about what it would mean if they do.
