Secrets spill
out of teacups,
like how they lose their will
to just shut up.
I know in this cruel, social world,
it's hard to trust someone
when it's real easy
to just tell someone that secret,
and it'll spread like wildfire...
but I want you to trust me.
Not much on social media.
Love the gossip,
but I don't like it
when something so personal
gets in the wrong person's head.
That's when people start to talk.
You can always trust me, my friend,
in any secret that you hold dear,
no matter how embarrassing
or how personal
it may be inside your heart.
I strive to be the best friend I can be,
so I want you to understand
that you can tell me anything...
...always.
I hope you know now
that you can trust me,
so now I want to know
if I can trust you.
You can tell me anything,
but can I tell you anything...?
