Chapter 34

School was awful. I started to write in my diary about how I felt and what I felt like doing to myself. The anonymous person was right. My life was officially ruined.

Daniel dropped me off in silence. Not saying a word at all. When I got out of the car people turned to look at me as I walked into school. In the hallway I would occasionally hear the word "slut" or "rape." I took a seat at the back just as Lily and Emily walked in. They stopped in their tracks before whispering to one another. Lily then sat and took her seat and Emily sat in front without looking at me or even attempting to talk to me. Soon everyone started to walk in shouting as normal.

Everyone was here apart from Stephanie. I kept my head down the whole lesson even when Ms Helen was teaching. After a boring hour Ms  Helen said that we are free to get on with our coursework so I was a bit happy then. I grabbed my laptop and started to prepare myself but was interrupted with a figure standing over my desk. "Callar is it OK if we can talk outside in private." It was Ms Helen. I nodded before following her.

As we left the classroom I could hear the class shouting in excitement. Ms lead me to her office and sat me down. When I looked up a saw a very big officer with dark hair and light brown eyes. He looked up and smiled at me. I sat in front of him while Ms Helen sat next to him.

"Tell us Callar. What is going on?"
"Nothing."
"Nothing?"
"Yes."

The police officer started to clear his voice. "There has been some videos going around on the Internet and are very inappropriate." I didn't do anything I just sat there as they told me how these videos are circulating the Internet. I acted like I didn't care then after a while Ms Helen left saying that she needs to go stay with the class.

When I tried to leave Ms Helen told me to stay and talk to Officer Toby. I sat back down and kept my concerntration on my lap.

How awkward?

"So do you have an idea of who posted the video of you."

"Its not real sex." I said as my face started to get hot. "A guy was being a pervert and got his weird friend to record it. He wrestled me to the ground but I am not sure what he wanted to do."

Of course I knew what he wanted to do but the conversation was getting awkward and I didn't want officer Toby to feel uncomfortable.

"Do you know these people?" Toby asked while taking notes.

"No."

"I feel like you are holding back something."

Should I tell him about everything?

I might as well. I feel like I should leave the whole Joel and Luke William situation in the police's hands.

"Officer Toby. I need to tell you the truth about something which isn't in regards of the video but I think may link." He nodded.

"I am all ears Kid. Tell me what you know."

I felt slightly relieved but not completely. Five more officers came to speak to me as I told them everything. I had to talk about the green snakes in order to explain the video which had been released about me because I was at the green snake's party when this happened.

The officers said they are going to try delete the video permanently but told me that "this is the Internet. The video can be reposted but if the case is solved properly then everyone would know the truth and wouldn't care about the video."

I knew he was right. The police had taken my phone again to check my social media accounts especially Snapchat. I told officer Toby about the user on Snapchat called you must see this, which is partially why my phone was taken.
