Tour was tour.

I loved meeting fans and performing but those days I was back with Ev after days or weeks without seeing him were the best.

"So you know how I've been doing school mostly online?" I asked Ev as we ate brunch

He nodded, "What about it?"

"I get to graduate in December instead of May now." I spoke proudly

"That's hella good, Gray. I'm proud of you." He smiled

"Thank you, Ev. Are you ready for the costume party tomorrow?" I questioned him

Ev smirked, "Yeah, it's gonna be fun and interesting. Do you wanna go grab dinner tonight?"

"I'll never turn down food." I reminded him

"So did you here the news?" I asked Ev

Ev looked up, "What news?"

"Our little girl has a boyfriend." I informed him

Ev's eyes got big, "Holland?"

"Yeah. He officially asked her last night." I spoke as I ate a piece of pancake

"No fucking way. Tell me about him." Ev asked

"His name is Chase, he's going to Clemson next year, he plays football, he went to the other private school in Charlotte the non religious one. He seems sweet. I told her we were doing dinner with him when we got back to Charlotte." I informed him

"She made the Clemson dance team, right?" Ev wondered

I nodded my head, "Of course."

"We're gonna have to start making more trips to watch her." Ev added

"Did Ella make cheer?" I questioned Ev

"She decided to wait until her sophomore year to try out. Anyway, dinner and then I was thinking we could make some sort of dessert at my place or your place." He informed me

"Sounds good. I can't wait." I said to him

After we finished eating, we both went back to our apartments, caught up on school work, and then he swung by at seven to pick me up for dinner.

We went to a restaurant downtown, had a few drinks, and lots of delicious food.

"Did you know we have a high school reunion in June?" I brought up

He shook his head, "Do you plan on going?"

I shrugged, "I don't really know."

"I'm only gonna go if you go." Ev informed me

I was only gonna go if he was going.

"Let's go get some ice cream." Ev said out of nowhere

"I have a sweet tooth." He added

I got up, grabbed his hand, and walked out of the restaurant.  We walked around downtown Los Angeles, just talking and in search of ice cream.

Then, we walked by a club and out of nowhere I just heard someone scream my name.

"Grier!" The voice yelled

I stopped walking and turned around.

"So this is the little bitch you left me for." Nolan started

"Walk away, I'm telling you." I warned

He shook his head, "Nah, I'm good."

Everett put his arm out in front of me, "Go away."
