I slipped my hood on after putting my shoes on. Ki and I wanna talk about what happened yesterday. So ima go over to his place. I grabbed my phone again to see Jahseh read my text and didn't text me back. He better not be mad. Ki is my friend. That's all. My phone buzzed making me look down at it.

Me: because we're gonna talk bout our little fight last night

Me: what's so funny

Jahseh: it's just weird I don't want my girlfriend going over to a guys house
Jahseh: a guy that has feelings for you

Me: jah we've been friends since we were five we're just talking about the fight to better the situation so we don't lose this friendship

I locked my phone without looking to see what Jahseh said back. I slid my phone into my pocket and walked out of my room. As I was about to walk down the stairs, I heard someone's door open.

"Wait" I heard Jahsehs voice. I turned around and sighed.

"Jah stop I'm going-" he cut me off.

"I know. I just wanted to say bye" he said and started walking closer with his arms open. I smiled a little and wrapped my arms around him. "I trust you" He said and kissed the top of my head. I pulled away to look up at him.

"I'll be back in a few hours" I told him. He nodded then kissed me softly. I pulled away and smiled as I took a few steps back. "Bye baby" I said making him smile a little bit. He winked then walked into his room. I looked down at the ground smiling as I walked down the stairs. Jah got my heart skipping beats and shit. I heard Stokeley laugh and I looked up to see him at the bottom of the stairs smiling at me.

"Y'all are so cute bruh I swear" He told me shaking his head.

"Thanks Stoke" I said with a little laugh.

"You seem so much happier. That house put you in a bad place. Your dad sucks" I started to laugh after he said that.

"Yeah he doesn't care about me. I wasn't happy there. But I've gotten so close to everyone here that y'all are my family. For real, my best friends. And Jahseh,-" I stopped talking to try to stop cheesing so hard. Stokeley noticed and laughed. "He means an extra lot to me. I really like him"

"I can tell. You make him happy. I think y'all are good for each other" he said then started to walk past me towards the stairs.

"Stokeley" I said stopped him. He looked back at me. "Thank you for everything. I love you" I told him. He smiled widely.
