Chapter 52- Cheating

Sabrina's POV

"So...you've won four awards today..." Shawn says to me and I glare at him
"I did." I say coldly
"Aren't you happy?" I nod
"Yes, I am. But I'm not happy with the fact that you told everyone that we were having twins, revealed the genders and names!" He looks down in embarrassment
"I'm sorry, the song has a special meaning and I couldn't contain my love for you..."
"Are you trying to play the part of the victim?!"
"No, no, absolutely not. What I did has no excuse, I'm sorry"
"You better be! You always complain about how we don't have a private life but then you do this?!" He sighs
"I know Sab but-" I interrupt him
"No Shawn! We were supposed to do it together!" I sit down on the couch and take a deep breath
"Like a family" He wraps an arm around my shoulders
"I won't do it anymore" I roll my eyes and reply sarcastically to him
"I highly doubt that we're gonna have another pair of twins" I bury my head in my hands
"The internet must be going crazy now"
"Nah I don't think so"

Let us explain: it all started when Sabrina took the stage at the VMAS to sing her brand new single 'Paris'. During the performance she got REALLY cozy with one of her backup dancers, so much that they almost kissed. Shawn apparently didn't like it and after his performance he decided to give away the number of babies that he's having, the names and also their genders. Did Shawn really reveal everything because he was jealous and wanted to get back at Sabrina?
Some people even think that Shawn might be actually having two babies but with different women! Sabrina didn't like the fact that his boyfriend/ possible fiancé cheated on her with another girl so they broke up, is this why she almost kissed the dancer? For revenge? "Yeah, you're right, it can't be that bad, right?" I say as I grab my phone to check if it's true
"Absolutely, I just announced that we're having twins, nothing serious"
"No biggie at all" I tell him, trying to convince both of us that isn't that big of a deal before seeing all these articles about us.
"What do they say?" He asks me
"They say that you cheated on me with another girl and got the both of us pregnant" He frowns
"What the fuck?"
"It's not over yet, it also says that we might've broken up months ago and that I almost kissed Ken because...I wanted to get back at you?" This is crazy, I would never do that!
"This shit is unbelievable! The comments?"
"Damn she couldn't think of a better way to make him stay with her? It's obvious that she got pregnant just so she could stay with Shawn forever. What a bitch" I read out loud. Ouch. It hurts a lot. Shawn takes my phone.
"Okay, enough internet for today"
"Hey! Give it back!" He shakes his head in disagreement.
"Nope, in fact, I'll give it back tomorrow maybe"
"Why?!"
"Because I know that you want to read all those negative opinions and ruin your day"
"That's not true!" He smiles sympathetically at me and puts the phone on his back pocket.
"Hey, you should focus on the positive things" he takes my hands
"You've won four categories, that's a big thing, you even beat me!" He chuckles
"And I couldn't be prouder of you right now, it's great to see how much you've matured and grown up"
"I'm still 5 feet tall though" We both laugh
"You are the best Shawn, thank you" I rest my head on his chest
"For what?"
"You always make me feel better, even on my worst days" I close my eyes
"Don't you wanna change and wipe off the makeup before going to sleep?" He asks me, noticing that my breath is getting slower and slower
"No" I simply say before falling asleep...

Shawn's POV

How cute is that? It really sucks that she has go through all this hate. She doesn't deserve it at all. As I'm about to pick her up bridal style I feel her phone vibrating. I pull it out and see that it's a message from Ken... I really wanna read it but it's not the right thing to do, I trust Sabrina, there's no reason to-I take Sabrina's thumb and unlock her phone. I know that this is wrong but I just can't help it. I get a bad vibe from that guy and I don't like him, at all. I open the message and see their text convo

"Congrats on winning that many awards!"

"Awww, thank u Ken 🖤"

"And you also smashed it on stage"

"You smashed it too 😊"

"...and it was also very intense"

"What do you mean?"

"You know what I'm talking about, you can't deny the fact that there's a lot of tension between the two of us"

"I don't think so Ken, I already have Shawn"

"Yeah but do you really love him?"

"What kind of question is that? Of course I love him!"

"Then why can I feel that you get nervous every time I'm around you?"

"I don't get nervous around u"

"Yes you do, Sab admit it, you like me"

"I don't"

"Then why did you almost kissed me on stage? It wasn't planned, you were only supposed to get closer" Wait, what?! So that wasn't planned?! So what- I'm so confused right now

"Then I guess that your hormones are telling you that you might feel something for me"

What?! This is how it ends?! So Sabrina actually wanted to kiss him?! It wasn't planned?! And she didn't tell me anything? She always says that communication is the most important part of any relationship but then hides this?! Unbelievable!
I can feel her taking a deep breath, probably meaning that she woke up
"Shawn we better go to bed" She yawns
"You better go alone then" I say, looking away from her as she frowns
"What do you mean?"
"Can you explain me this?" I show her her phone and she takes it
"Why did you take my phone? And why did you check my text messages?!" She starts getting angry
"Don't play the part of the victim" I stand up and grab my coat
"What are you doing? Where are you going?"
"Away from you, I can't even look at you knowing that you might have feelings for someone else" Her expression softens
"Shawn..."
"I need some time to think right now" I walk out the door and walk inside the first club that I find.
How could she do this to me? I've never cheated on her! I've never had a single THOUGHT about cheating on her, ever!
I take a couple of drinks until everything blacks out and I wake up on our apartment's couch.
"W-What happened?" I ask Sabrina, who is sitting in front of me with tears in her eyes.
My head hurts like hell and I feel like crap.
"Just take your things and leave"
