Melanie's POV
After Dana told me that she was leaving the club with a guy I headed back to the dorm with my boyfriend and waited for Dana to return which was four hours after leaving with the guy. I was watching a movie when I heard the door open up and seen her come around the corner and sit down on the couch next to me.
Melanie: I was starting to worry about you Dana, did you have fun?
Dana: yeah it was fun, we talked and got to know each other a little bit, got a bite to eat and he dropped me off here so...
Melanie: that smile says different...
Dana: We exchanged numbers and he is so sweet.
Melanie: are you gonna see him again?
Dana: I want to but...
Melanie: but what? Tell me please.
Dana: he says he stays on the road a lot because of his job...
Melanie: so what's wrong with that?
Dana: he's a singer Mel, that's what.
Melanie: oh gosh, that is hard but I'm sure you two will see each other again.
Dana: maybe but we will see what the future holds.
Melanie: just out of curiosity, what is this mystery guy's name?
Dana: his name is Dustin, I didn't get a last name so if you look him up I wish you luck.
Melanie: I will succeed, just you wait and see. I know someone that works at the bar maybe she recognized him.
Dana: I doubt that since it was a costume party.
Melanie: costume or not, I'm sure he was recognizable, anyway good night Dana sleep well...
Dana: good night Mel, sleep well...
