"Girlfriend-" I gasped, throwing the Doritos at him, pouring it all over his body. "You know, you could get yourself killed for that," he said and pulled over to the side to clean himself up,

"Why would you lie Carlos?" I demanded with a sigh.

"What do you have me say? My Coffeemaker." He did have a point, that sounds stupid.

"Well you came up with it-" I shot back, "You could have said a friend, a buddy, anything but girlfriend, that's insane and a lie.."

"I don't live with my buddies and I certainly don't sleep with them-" I threw him a glare, having him quickly correcting himself, "you know what I mean?"

I groaned and fell back on the chair. This man is too much. I turn my attention back to him that's when I noticed him wince slightly,

"How's your wound?" I asked concerned.

"Don't worry about it."He shrugs and reaching out to start the car again, but I held back his arm stopping him, "let me see..."

"I'm fine-"

"Let me see it Carlos-"

I demanded and he sighed and began unbottoning his shirt from top to bottom, I bit my lips and tried hard to control the crazy thoughts seeping through my head already.

Once he was done, I took my eyes to the bandage and panicked, "You're bleeding? I knew you would strain yourself-" I scolded.

"It's nothing," he said reaching out to start the car, but I spank his hand away, "I'm not letting you drive in this condition Carlos, call one of your men-"

He smirks, "For someone who doesn't want to be my girlfriend, you're sure enjoying taking care of me-"

"Shut up-" I snapped and he laughed, before picking up his phone and calling up one of his men.

Carlos and I got down from the car and moved to the back, as one of the men took over the wheel, "Ready sir." He said and Carlos nodded, and as the car began to move, I adjusted myself to him,

"Where's your first Aid kit?" I asked, leaning closer to remove the soaked bandage. He points under the chair and I reach out and grab it,

"Are you sure you know what you are doing?" He asked and I nodded, "Growing up, my brother Nate would always get himself into fights, leaving me to deal with all the mess-" I uttered and Carlos goes silent as if pondering on it.

I opened the Aid box and tattered a cotton wool with hydrogen peroxide, before dabbing it to the wound, and Honestly, I expected him to scream out or wince, but he didn't even flinch,

"Where's your brother?" He asked and I faltered, but quickly covered it up, "He's staying with a relative, an uncle-" I lied. The way he stared at me, it was clear he knew I was lying, but he simply hummed and said nothing.

I dabbed the wound with a little more pressure and once I was done I cleaned him up and placed a new nonstick bandage on it, "Grazie Amore." He smiles and I threw him a faint one before looking out of the window,

"Tell me about your family?" I asked out of the blue and I could sense him smirking.

"Curious?"

I nodded, turning to look at him, "Do you have siblings?" I asked and he pressed his lips together before answering,

"I'm an only child. My mother died when I was eight, my father remarried a year after, we didn't quite get along after that..."

"Why, because of your stepmother?-"
