It was very difficult to describe the Williams residence. It looked somewhere in between a palace and an extremely lavish forest type of resort.
From the high entrance gate, they drove for another 30 minutes, the entire fenced of land basically was already in the Williams territory. From far away you could see the magnificent structure standing tall and majestic
"What is that?" Leila asked in awe, her mouth literally gaping open, she felt as though her eyes were about to pop out
"its my house.." zach replied in a bored voice.
Leila gaped at him, "wow" she said staring
"who all live here..?" Leila asked, this place was humongous
"Just me.." Zach said
"What ! This entire landscape ...and this palace..Just for you...like you live here alone?"
"Yep..Except when my father comes to visit, but that's not often.."
They arrived at the entrance, the black SUV stopped and an elderly gentleman wearing a black suit and white gloves opened the door.
"Welcome home Master Williams.." he said bowing his head a little, Zach jumped off distracted by his phone,
"Hello Clifford.." Zach said, he turned around waiting for Leila to get off.
Leila felt uncomfortable, she was painfully shy..and she could see a line of people standing waiting for her ..
"Well are you coming out on your own, or do you want me to come lift you out?" Zach asked peeking around to see her
"n-n-n-no.." She said softly , and awkwardly came out of the car, she could see the staff lined a little bit to her left all had started murmuring.
"Ah..Miss Leila...nice to finally meet...Master Williams had told us to expect a guest...dare I say we have all been waiting for your arrival.." Clifford said, bowing his head again.
Leila stared at him in shock "y-y-you..have?" she whispered softly
"yes..very much indeed !" Clifford said with genuine enthusiasm.
"Leila this is Clifford...he is my head butler here ..his family has been with my family for 3 generations.." Zach said smiling at him. Leila turned to look at Zach, for the first time, since she met him, she could see genuine contentment on Zach's face. Not the cockiness, not the arrogance, not the sadistic pleasure he got from torturing and bullying people..but genuine happiness
"it's a pleasure to meet you Clifford.." Leila said awkwardly
"The pleasure is all mine..." Clifford said beaming at Leila, "May I take away your guest momentarily Master Williams? I would like to introduce her to her staff..and of course show Ms Leila her residence.."
Zach turned to stare at Leila, "Take her for now Clifford, but don't keep her for too long..I've worked hard for her.." he said
"I wouldn't dare dream of it Master Williams" Clifford said briskly "Dare I say Master Zach..You're guest...is really a very pretty lady.." Clifford said smiling at Leila
"Thank you" Leila said shyly,
"If you please, come with me, Miss Leila.." Clifford said directing Leila to the staff who were waiting on the left hand side standing in a line
"this is Loide...she will be your head secretary.." Clifford said pointing at a young lady, who couldn't have been much older than 19, Loide stepped forward and did a small bow "Pleased to meet you Miss Leila.." she said, Leila stared at her awkwardly "err...nice to meet you too ma'am.." she said. Clifford stared at her in shock, as if she did something wrong, Leila looked up at him worried, did she address her wrongly
