She's gone

I don't know what to say,
I still expect to see you barging in on Valentines day,
I still expect a call on my birthday,
I still expect to hear the things you used to say.

They say at least your at peace,
I agree,
But theirs a pain in my chest that no ammount of grief,
Will ease.

Your gone. It's time to say goodbye,
You passed peacefully through the night,
You've lived a long and happy life,
It's okay,
It was your time,
It'll be hard though to look my father in the eye,
Your his mommy...
And now your gone,
What will become of us now?
You left us... But how?

Tear stained shirts and watering eyes,
Look at the family you left behind.
The Cancer finally got you...
You fought long and hard, but it won,
It's hard to imagine a world without you,
Now that your gone.

May you rest in peace
