Vulnerability looks so much like talking to a stranger,
Like saying "life's been hard lately"
Like opening up even in the slightest,
Like shards of broken glass, destroyed in a fury of pain and anger at the unfairness of life,
Because you risked getting close to someone you were doomed to lose, on the off chance that "it would be worth it"
