Like the wind across the sea,
I want someone to want me,
To write, to hug, to see.
I want a love that hurts me,
Like the emptiness after they leave,
I want someone to live for,
Each other we both need.
I want my heart to race,
I want to fall in love with his face,
I want to lose myself in his eyes
And know I've found my place.
I want and I want with every fiber of my being,
But deep down I know it's not possible,
And there's no one that I'm seeing.
