*A81C7's POV*

I have a job interview today. While Mor is at work I will go across the street to have my interview with the owner. Her name is Audrey Hanes. I do hope I get the job. It would be very nice for me.

Those wolf people are still following me. I do wish that they would just go away but I do not think they will. I feel as if they will stay around.

I will not use any of the abilities I got while at the lab. They could help, but I will not use them. I want to be normal. I do not want to do anything that is different. Anything that is visibly different. So I will not.

Mor and I are currently driving to her work. She has said she will teach me to drive next week and I can then apparently take a test and get a license. I hope the test is not like the tests I used to take. At New Age Labs, tests were very painful. They consisted of going without food, without water, getting electrocuted, running until I passed out, and even lifting weights for hours, even days. They were horrible. Sometimes they injected me with horrible things that hurts. Tests were always awful.

Mor has said the driving test is not bad, so I am hoping it is simple and easy. Most things seem to be simple and easy outside of the lab, in this world.

Mor walks into her work and I cross the street. I see the guy who seems to be watching me for the other one a little ways down the road. He must have followed me here too. They seem to follow me everywhere.

I walk into the coffee shop, and tell the person at the counter that I am here for an interview. She directs me into the back, and I see who must be the owner. She smiles and waves me over.

"Hello, I am Audrey, the owner. You must be here for the interview" Audrey greets.

"Yes hello, I am here for the interview, you can call me A. My name is awful. I don't tell people, I just like to be called A" I inform.

"Okay, what days and hours would you be able to work?" She asks.

"Every day, any time between 8am and 10pm. Working similar hours to my roommate and friend Mor would be nice" I say.

"Mor is your roommate? She's such a sweet girl. I've known her for a very long time. What can you do?" She says.

"I can clean, make drinks, and I can serve customers. I can really do anything that you would ask of me" I tell Audrey.

"Okay. You got the job! Come in two days at 2pm for your first day, the same time as Mor works sweetie." Audrey tells me.

"Really? Okay, thank you" I reply.

"Of course honey, you're such a sweet girl, you seem like you've been through too much sweetie. You seem like a good worker" she says with a gentle smile. She seems very kind and motherly, like a gentle person. I like her.

"Thank you, I do believe that I am a good worker" I respond.

"Okay sweetie, see you later" she says.

"Good bye Audrey" I tell her, then turn and walk out of the shop.

Outside the shop I see the other guy who is watching me. The one that seems infatuated. He seems to be approaching me, so I turn and walk the other way quickly. I take three quick turns and slip into a small clothing shop. Once inside I pretend to look at different clothing.

30 minutes later, I cannot see the man anymore. I walk out and go to Mor's work, and I still cannot see the wolf men that watch me, but I know one or both of them are probably watching me. They almost always are.

I love the way I am living now. I get to have fun, and talk with Mor. I have food and water when I want it, I can choose what I eat and wear. I can buy things. It is very good.

I just hate those wolf men. I hate that they watch me, that they could do something to me or Mor, that they could ruin my life. They could ruin my normal life. Force me out into the open as the weird experiment with abilities.

They could ruin me, but I won't let them.

I'm a fighter. I'll fight.
