*A81C7s POV*
I feel myself being tapped on the shoulder, waking me up. I open my eyes to see Archer looking at me while Mor is tiredly glancing around.
"Where are we?" I ask, directing my question towards Archer.
As far as I can see we seem to be in a parking lot, one that is not too large, an dis fairly empty. It looks dirty as well. We are here fairly late, as it seems to be around midnight or later. There is a large building, one that seems older but still in use, just not maintained very well.
"We're at a motel, the cash kind. I thought that we all could use some rest in some real beds, and to figure out exactly what we wanna do, so I found a cheap rundown motel Archer says," and he makes perfect sense. We should not just drive out into the middle of nowhere with no plan. When people do things with no plan, it generally does not end very well. Our only issue is wasting money, which we do not have a great deal of.
"Good idea, but we do not have very much money, we cannot waste too much. Even if this is a cheap motel, we should be careful with our money" I tell Archer.
"I have a few hundred dollars, I grabbed it while we were running away, we can pay for motel and gas or food we need with that you and Mor's money is saved for a place to live when we choose a town" Archer replies.
"Good thinking," I respond.
Then we all walk into the motel looking for rooms, and are greeted by an older lady who does not look very friendly. I glance over to Mor, who looks fairly calm, and Archer, who looks like he is perfectly fine. If only I was as okay about this situation as they both seem to be.
When neither one has said anything, I step slightly in front of the two of them and say, "Hello, we would like rooms please," to the lady. She looks at me, then at Mor and Archer, and just smiles.
"We only got a double available, take it or go" She says. I look back to Archer, but he just hands her the money, while she hands him the key to the room.
We all walk back, checking every door for the correct room door number as we pass. When we get halfway down we see the room, and all go inside. Archer seems to be questioning where he should sleep, so I point to the bed and nod. Mor and I have been sleeping for hours, basically the entire car ride, and I would sleep on the floor if I needed to. I have almost my entire life and I do not really mind it as a result.
I would also like to talk to Mor while he is sleeping. While Archer is nice, I would like to know him better before he knows everything about me. I would like to keep the number of people of which know about my childhood to a minimum.
I look at the bed and see that Archer has walked through the door, onto the bed, and fallen asleep in a matter of minutes. I must say that I am quite impressed by that, he must have been very sleep deprived from being kept in those cells as well as driving all that time.
I close and lock the door, and then turn to Mor, ready to explain as much as I can.
"So, I should explain to you what has been happening" I begin.
"Yeah, girlie, all this is weird af. Explanation would be much appreciated" She responds, sounding not annoyed but genuinely intrigued.
"So, the people who kidnapped us were werewolves. I was an experiment when I found you that day I had just run for my life. I can do things, like mess with thoughts, and other things. I did that to you, but I am so sorry, I wanted to fix you as soon as possible and I really did not want to do it at all, but I did not see any other choice. I am so sorry I did not tell you earlier, I just did not trust anyone, I am sorry I brought you into all of this mess, please forgive me I tell Mor," and by the end of my explanation I am begging her while she just looks incredulous.
