*A81C7’s POV*
I look around at all the people surrounding me, and I begin to take action.
I know what to do.
I move the pack members bodies up into the air, and across the pack grounds to the furthest pack building. I gently move them through the doorways, one by one, into some of the rooms inside. I put each person on a bed, in their rooms.
I just know what rooms are their own, and for those who have their homes outside of the pack house I place in spare rooms. Once every wolf is asleep in a bed, I simply think that I would like them to awaken in a few hours.
With that, I being to search through their minds.
They need a new alpha, and a good alpha.
Searching through their minds, I find two mated wolves who seem to be predisposed for leadership. They have good morals, and wish to do the best by everyone. With that in mind, I make them the new alphas, hoping that it is a good choice.
I then turn my attention to my friends, who are also unconscious. I wake up everyone but Nathan, not wanting to have to deal with his panic when he wakes up here. We need to be gone before all of the pack members wake up.
As they slowly get up, I notice everyone looking around. Ryker and Mila’s eyes find the bodies almost immediately, and I see tears threaten to spill.
I push away my emotions, knowing that the time for them is not now.
“Ash… Wha? What happen’ girlie?” Mor questions, drowsy and confused.
“Everyone is now safe, but we should leave,” I state. Ryker and Mila turn their attention to me, looking infuriated.
“Everyone’s okay, Everyone? Really? What about them? They’re.. They’re… and just for him? For some stupid person? Fuck you, look at them, they’re… dead,” Mila explodes, angry about Jett and Axel’s death.
Ryker simply looks sad, but does not do anything other than give me a sad smile, one that I know means he does not blame me.
I turn to Amanda, only to see her staring at her son, unsure of what to do.
“Amanda, you may carry him. He should wake up soon, and he is perfectly alright,” I tell her as she moves closer to him. Amanda picks him up, and we are ready to move.
“We should go before the pack members wake up again,” I suggest to the group.
Mila lifts herself up off the ground, tears in her eyes, and approaches me.
“I’m not going anywhere with you. It’s your fault they’re dead. All your fault,” She says, before turning and walking off.
Mor, Archer, Zac, Amanda and watch her go, knowing there is nothing that we can do to stop her.
“It wasn’t your fault,” Mor whispers to me. I smile and take her hand in mine.
“I thought you were going to die, I was so scared-” I say, before Mor silences me.
“I thought I was a goner, but ya saved me girlie. I’m here n’ I’m alive, it’s okay” Mor consols, making me feel much better.
“We should probably go,” Archer whispers.
“Yeah,” Mor agree quietly.
With that said, we begin to walk away. Amanda carrying Nathan, Mor walking instep with me, and Archer walking alongside Zac.
