Ralph stood out side of the bathroom while I clean my smudged mascara off my face, "Ralph you know you can come in, it's not like I'm naked or anything."

I heard him stutter "Oh Uh okay." I saw him pop round the corner.

"Plus you have to get that stain out of your shirt."

"Yeah I guess I can do that... wait but I gonna have to take my shirt off."

Please take your shirt off, Please take your shirt off. What is wrong with you Felicity! Get your head out of the gutter!

I snapped out of my thoughts to reply as smoothly as possible, "Uhh... I don't mind." Ralph look at me, it looked like he was a little shocked but liked the thought I couldn't tell because as soon as my brain processed what I have just said I looked away nervously bitting my lip.  Aww nice going that was the smoothest as they come! "I uhhh... nothing" I turned to look at myself in the mirror so tense I moved my whole body to turn. I was so embarrassed that  I almost felt frozen, I slowly rubbed the rest of my mascara off. I looked like a deer in headlights.

After I had rubbed all my mascara off. I didn't reapply my mascara because I knew I would probably cry again. Ralph and I walked back to the Cortex where everyone else was including my birth parents. The walk there was an awkward silence.

I walked though the entrance way of the Cortex with Ralph next to me. Barry had his head in his hand while slowly spinning in the chair. When he made eye contact with me he quickly stood up from his seat with wide eyes catching everyone else's attention.

"Felicity are you okay?" My birth father asked

I looked down at my feet bitting my lip softly. I shifted my feet awkwardly, "Uh yeah I guess.." I didn't dare look into his soft, kind eyes blanketed with worry knowing it might make me want to cry. Making it bring up the thought to me that I never really had a real dad. "I.." I trailed off trying not to break, I sucked in some air, "I never really had a real father... I.. I Uh never got to see him..." there were tears threatening to fall. Ralph rubbed his hand on my back for a few seconds to calm me down.

I heard Barry's soft voice fill the air. "I never got to see my dad or mom when I was little.." I looked up seeing hurt in his eyes. "My mom was murdered by reverse flash and my dad got wrongfully convicted for murder.." he took in a sharp breath and looked down, "And when I finally got my dad out a few years ago he died shortly after because of Zoom.." he looked back up at me with glassy eyes, I could feel the knife that's been in my heart for years stabbed my heart deeper a shocked and sad look on my face.

A stray tear fell form my eye feeling his pain mingle with mine was to much it at over ridded my emotions making me a bigger mess then before. The realization that my grandma and grandpa were dead felt as if someone has shot me in the heart making it bleed tears, salty tears.

I collapse on my knees as water falls were flowing from my eyes stinging them. I covered my eyes as I sat there rocking slowly back and forth crying in my hands, a hiccup slipped from my mouth and another after another I hadn't noticed the Ralph cleared the room leaving me and Barry.

Barry sat beside me and held me as I cried. "I didn't... I didn't want to tell Ralph... when I was in the... The lounge. B-because I-I had enough on my plate that. That I didn't... didn't want to think about it, but I was thinking about it a-all day."

"Tell him what?" Barry's soft voice speaking up.

"I. Just. Got. A call from my dad today, telling me that my mom died..." I cried even harder, Barry squeezed me tighter. I hiccuped for air well I cried, Barry held me rubbing soothing strokes on my back, "My-My dad said when he got home he said he found her laying on the kitchen floor with... with blood. I can't see her body because the police are investigating. I think she got murdered by Radio fire. And now.. now my grandparents are dead. Making me feel even worse then before." My crying grew, and grew with every hiccup. I just sat there in my birth fathers arms crying, crying until I had no tears left to cry.

Barry's P.O.V

I held her while she cried lightly rocking back and forth until she fell asleep.

30 minutes later, Felicity had stopped crying leaving silence in the air. Ralph cleared his throat behind me. "I heard the news.." Ralph walked around me to see me face to face. "Where is she going to sleep?" Ralph whispered "she could sleep a my place"

"I don't know if that's a good idea.. she might freak out."

"I'm not that scary.." Ralph said as he whispered

"Well you get to close and touchy, lovey dovey kind of stuff." I said holding her closer to my chest.

"Oh now your not going to let me touch her."

"You better not touch her!" I whispered  rather loudly.

"No I didn't mean like that!" Ralph face turned red. "I mean- I mean like taking care of her."

"I can do that you know.." I said looking Ralph up and down.

"But I have a spare bedroom and if you speed you'll give her a heart attack Barry"

I exhaled an frustrating sigh. "Fine! But if the next day she's pregnant.. I'm gonna kill you." I said narrowing my eyes at him.

"Cross my heart!" He shouted making Felicity stir around in my arms.

"SHHH!"

"Oh yeah sorry,"

"Got a little to excited there did you?" I sneered, "Are you going home now?" I asked

"Yeah"

"I'll bring her and put her in your car." I said putting her in bridal position and slowly getting to my feet.

"Don't speed!" Ralph added

"Ralph she's not glass."

"Oh you say that." Ralph said as he rolled his eyes

Ralph's P.O.V

I picked her up and carried her bridal style, she moaned sleepily snuggling in the crook of my neck, she sent shivers down my spine.

I went into my apartment hallway, I climbed the stairs to my room once I found it I fiddled with unlocking the door. Once I got the door unlocked I threw my keys on the counter and closed and locked the door behind me.

I was going lay her down on my spare bed when her soft voice spoke, "Stay.." she whispered, "Ralph stay with me," she whispered again.

"Okay I will," I whispered,
