Chapter 70- IMPORTANT CHAPTER

[Standard Dimension]

JP (Standard) POV

[I stood facing Atem, the Pharoah. All the duels that were apart of have come down to this. I had to beat him on behalf of my brother, Yugi. Yugi was tasked to defeat Atem so Atem could go back to where he came from. If Yugi had lost, Atem would be stuck here for another 5000 years. Since Yugi isn't here, I had to take his place. Atem and I just look at each other as my friends look on]

Atem: Partner, are you ready to do this?

JP: This is why we're here right? To find out?

Atem: Exactly. I will not being holding back. That is how this ritual works.

[I look to my friends. I see Zuzu looking at me. She's the reason I started dueling. I had to protect her from some bullies. Now she's with me in probably the biggest duel of my life. I was going to beat Atem and send him home where he belongs. I don't know why but I could feel the presence of my other counterparts with me. I was going to need their help in order to win]

[Fusion Dimension]

JP (Fusion) POV

[This is it. It has all come down to this. I have Yubel on my side now. There was only one last thing to do. I had to defeat Nightshroud. This person messed with all of my friends. Messed with Alexis with her brother. Injured Blair. Among many other things. He was the cause of it all. Now I was going to put him in his place]

Nightshroud: You better tell your friends goodbye when you have the chance.

JP: I'm not saying goodbye because I'm not going anywhere. You on the other hand are a different story.

[Nightshroud holds up a blank card]

Nightshroud: The loser of this duel loses his soul forever. So I suggest you reconsider about saying goodbye to your friends.

JP: I told you that I'm not going anywhere. You'll be the one trapped inside that card. I'll rip it to shreds once your in there.

Nightshroud: Very well. Your fate is sealed.

[I knew I wasn't alone. I had all of my friends beside me. I was going to protect them no matter what. I wasn't going to let anything hurt them. This was for my brother Jaden. I will win this duel for him and Celina and everyone else. I knew I wasn't alone. I had the feeling that all my other counterparts were with me as well]

[Synchro Dimension]

JP (Synchro) POV

[I stood there in front of Zone. He looked like one giant machine. I've never seen anything like it. I knew this wasn't going to be like any other duel I've faced before. This was nothing like the Dark Signers. This was nothing like going against Team Unicorn or Team Chaos. No tournament could prepare me for something like this]

Zone: You will be destroyed along with all of your Synchros. Synchros are the reason why the world is in such a bad state.

JP: That isn't true. It's because of them that I have the friends that I have today. They brought all of us together. If you're planning to take those away from us then I'll have to stop you.

Zone: You can't stop me. Me and my Timelord Deck are unstoppable.

JP: I have something that you don't! I have help from all four dimensions! I have all the friends I need. Unlike you.

Zone: You should tell your friends goodbye since you got the chance. You and them will all disappear together!

JP: Not if I have anything to say about it.

[It all came down to this. Me versus Zone. My partner told me that this would happen. I've only heard stories about the Timelord deck. I was very nervous to see what they really were. But I knew I wasn't alone. I had my friends. I had Rin and Yugo. I also had my counterparts]

[XYZ Dimension]

JP (XYZ) POV

[I stood facing Vector. He had the look of evil in his eyes. He was going to destroy the homeland of my friend Astral. I couldn't let that happen. Astral has been my friend for a long time and I wasn't going to lose him. I felt bad about betraying my real family. I am a Barian after all. But I decided to say goodbye to Barian world and go back to earth with my friends. Lulu and Yuto stand right behind me]

Vector: I will destroy you like the traitor you are! You are no emperor but a traitor.

JP: There are other ways for our world to survive. Destroying another one wasn't the answer. If we are going to destroy worlds, then we don't deserve to live.

Vector: You can be the villain if you want. I'll be the hero of this story. After I win, I'll take Marin with me.

JP: You leave Rio out of this. This is between you and me.

Vector: That is why you're weak. Looking out for others has made you soft. If you really want something then you take it by force.

[Silence]

Vector: You ready to begin?

[I had to win this for Astral. I was also doing this on behalf of my brother Yuma. This is what he would've wanted. I knew I wasn't alone. I had all my friends. I also could feel the presence of my Counterparts]

JP (Standard): It's time to duel!

[JP (Fusion) activates his duel disk]

JP (Fusion): Get set to get your game on!

[Synchro Dimension]

[JP (Synchro) activates his duel disk]

JP (Synchro): Let's rev it up!

[XYZ Dimension]

[JP (XYZ) activates his duel disk]

JP (XYZ): It's time to feel the flow!

[Standard Dimension/Fusion Dimension/Synchro Dimension/XYZ Dimension]
