Hanahaki: is a fictional disease in which the victim coughs up flower petals when they suffer from one-sided love. It ends when the beloved returns their feelings (romantic love only; strong friendship is not enough), or when the victim dies. It can be cured through surgical removal, but when the infection is removed, the victim's romantic feelings for their love also disappear

"[L/N], are you even paying attention?" Asked a male's voice, flicking your forehead

"I-I'm sorry, Urie-san!" You apologized, rubbing the spot. "Great, my first day and I already fucked up"

It was your first day as a Quinx squad member and your first day at the Chateau

You met with your new squad leader last week when you were informed that you were going to work as a Quinx

And oh, boy, what a hot squad leader he was

"And you're daydreaming again" he sighed frustrated as you flinched

You didn't even realize that you were staring at your squad leader again, analyzing every inch of his body

"Look, if you're going to keep it up like that, I'm afraid (Like hell I am) that you won't be fit for this squad" he continued as he caught your full attention

"I-I'm s-sorry..." you muttered an apology as you looked at the ground, blushing in embarrassment. "It's just m-my first day here a-and my eyes are wondering on their own"

You facepalmed yourself in your mind as he cocked an eyebrow at your stupid explanation

"(God, why me) I'll let it go only this time" he said after a moment of silence when you stopped in front of a door. "This is your room. Feel free to look around as much as you like"

And with that being said, he left, going back downstairs as you started to process everything that happened earlier

But you couldn't process anything anymore...

Only his stoic expression invaded your mind as you started to unpack. His dark purple hair, dreamy, black diamond shaped eyes, those two distinct moles under his left eye... Everything was perfect... He was perfect...

"Knock, knock, I'm coming in" said a female's voice while opening the door. "You must be [Y/N]-chan, right?"

You hummed in response as you turned to look at a short, a little chubby, blue haired female as she eyed you with her big, blue orbs

"You must be Yonebayashi-san, am I right? It's nice finally meeting you!" You said in a cheerful tone as she giggled

"Ohoho, I see how it is" she giggled, making you a little confused

"E-eh?"

"Let's talk a little after you unpack, [Y/N]-chan" she said, leaving. "And call me Saiko!"

"A-alright, Saiko-san" you murmured as the bluenette's figure slowly faded away
