I walked downstairs to the living room, and I overheard Anders telling Cristal to select from the jewellery because it was tradition, "Anders? am I missing anything?" I asked him, "Oh no, he just asked me to select the necklace for the auction but you can do it. " she said to me, oh please don't do me any favours, " No, it's fine I don't care that much about choosing necklaces because in the end, this will be going to charity" I said, "Well can you at least help me select, I can't even imagine how much these costs. I guess these are literally rich people problems" she laughed at the end and I smiled, "Make a choice Mrs. Carrington" said Anders, "Hey, Jo don't be such a Scrooge" I said and he rolled his eyes at me .. typical, Then I saw Sam walk by us and look at his aunt in disappointment and then leave, I wonder what that's about? oh well, it's none of my business, "Look, just pick the one you think is going to be the most appealing one, personally I like that one the best, it kind of reminds me of my Grandma Ellen's jewellery, it was so beautiful, when I was I kid I used to wear it with one of her dresses that she wore in the 40s" I said pointing at the necklace on the far left. "Well, I agree it is beautiful, Anders this is my choice," she said, he rolled his eyes at her but then nodded, "Okay, Is everything ready? Is there anything else that I need to get done before tonight?" I asked again, "No the only thing you need to do is get ready, you did a marvellous job preparing everything for the past several months. " he said to me, oh no I didn't even pick my outfit yet, "MILLIE!!!! Follow me to my room and please bring the clothing selections I picked out!!" I yelled, then I ran upstairs to my room, I can't believe I forgot about my outfit, I'm always overly prepared and this is no exception, I went into my room and the staff brought in a few selections for me to try on, then I heard a knock on my door, "Come in!" I yelled, and Steven walked into my room "Hey, brother what's up?" I asked, "Well, nothing new I'm being charged for murder but other than that same old same old." he said, "Come on, you are not guilty and your innocence is going to be proven soon."
